I didn't expect the cost but appreciate that he was thorough and found rusted part as well wires that needed replacing due to sun melting covering over the years. That could have shorted out the whole system. I thought A/C was working fine on the few warm days we've had so far. Now I really feel the difference with additional freon. I likely will sign on with him for twice a year maintenance starting in the fall. Very impressed with professional knowledge, punctuality, attention to detail, explanations and his hopping around on the building roof to service my A/C unit.

Very friendly, thoroughly explained what was being done and showed me parts that needed to be replaced .

Rob thoroughly cleaned and replaced an old switch in my AC unit. He was very professional, friendly and punctual. I would highly recommend his service and would use him again in the future.

They came out and serviced all my properties on the same day. The service was great and the communication from them was really good. I would use them again.

It was ok. Nice person. But I was left wondering if the repairs and cleaning he did to the unit were necessary, as no one had ever recommended that service before. The unit did perform well during this past winter.

Everything went fine. I even signed a contract to cover my heating and AC units for the year.

Generally was exactly what I expected. Again, with exception of the replacement, cost was exactly as advertised. Am not certain I was in dire need of that preventative expense.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They were excellent! They were very professional and they did excellent work. We were very happy with them.

Robby and his crew were amazing! Not only did Robby oversee the project personally, he kept us updated during the process, even staying late to make sure we had heat back that day! We had many choices of Heating & Air companies, but Robby had the ability to get any brand of equipment and didn't BS or try to up-sell us into something we didn't need. He came highly recommended from a close friend, and I'd like to pass along that recommendation to all of Angie's List.

The service was great - Robby was unable to make the original appointment window but called AHEAD OF TIME to let us know he was dealing with an emergency. He rescheduled for later in the day and showed up on time, as promised. Robby was courteous, professional and took the time to explain certain elements of our system that were useful to know as we've just moved into the house 4 months ago. Would definitely use R. Wiley again!

He was good and he was very competent. The scheduling was prompt and he was very thorough.

I absolutely love them. I used them three times with Angie's List. They are very professional. One guy comes out each time. I saw them on Angie's List. Had used them prior to using Angie's List. Has not had a bad experience with them. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

R. Wiley HVAC did an excellent job. They were very responsive, prices were lower than competitors and existing unit was fixed. I have found that most HVAC companies are quick to recommend the total replacement of an older unit. Most will not even offer to fix minor leaks in the condensing coils. R. Wiley works with the customer to try and keep the repair costs low. They are hvac repair technicians first not hvac sales people. If you have an older unit, I would definitely suggest that you have R. Wiley check it out first.

R Wiley Heating & Air did a checkup, a system check up for both heating and the air conditioner. He was forthright. He didn't try to sell me anything in that particular visit. He did not force a purchase of some kind. He just said that in the future you will need and laid out a list of what I would need for the system and he gave me the prices. We have got a lot of work that we are doing on the house that we purchased a foreclosure. I don't particularly like when they try to sell me something and make me decide right then and there. It is something that I quite understand and I would like to have consulted with my husband if something like that happened. It seems like we have a pretty good system right now so that made me pleased. I wasn't aware that we had a dual fuel system. He explained some things that I didn't know we had. Our interaction with the provider was very good. We did not spend more than the big deal. We had trouble getting it scheduled. We had it scheduled for Tuesday, February 25th. It took a while to get it scheduled. I would use this provider in the future.

He didn't have that part on his truck but thought he should be able to pick it up the next day. His calendar was already full for the next day (Friday) but he said he would come out on Saturday and replace the part. He called Friday to let me know he had the part, and lined up a time to come out on Saturday. He called on Saturday to let me know he was on the way and showed up on time and replaced the circuit board. He even removed the blower fan, took it outside and washed it and replaced the filter at no charge. Very professional and very personable.

These folks rely on good customer service and professionalism. He took the time to go over what he was going to do and showed me several of the critical points of his inspection. Excellent company!

The experience was horrible. They took the filter out of the air conditioning unit. They left the dirty and ripped out filter where they took it from. They didn't even cover the area. So, whatever air sucking in is being sucked into the attic and not being filtered.

Very personable and punctual - service performed as described. Very satisfied.

Mr. Wiley and his scheduler both called to schedule service and promptly followed up after deal was purchased. I have not used service yet but I plan to do so and was very impressed with follow up and professionalism with first contact.

They scheduled the appointment around our availability and they were able to come out within a week. There were no additional beyond the cost of the Big Deal and they did not try to make more money off me. I felt that the filter they provided was a lower quality that I personally preferred. Other than that, my experience with the company was fine and did what they said what they going to do.

I don,t think the gas stove or installation of the gas logs is there area of experience. He had to call in another worker who was more skilled. It still didn't,t work and when I called him to return 2c he indicated he would have to charge me again.

Well the entire experience was a huge headache and run around. I should have called to tell them that it still didnt work but because if the anxiety and time passed I will just chalk this up to a caluable learning lesson. I didn't try to use the heart pump until December. Hopefully it has all just leaked out from the patch job they did.
