Serviceman arrived on time as scheduled. Serviceman telephoned 20 min ahead to notify me that he was on his way. Serviceman was clean and neatly dressed, and took care not to soil my floors. I have a little Westie puppy that was excite to see him and I was going to lock the do away but he said that he like dogs an it would be ok. Serviceman quickly checked over the system, cleaned the outside coils and reported what he had found. He showed me pictures of the problem he had found and gave me options to address them. He located a leak in my inside coils and sealed it, refilling the system with 3 lbs of freon. Before he left I set up a yearly maintenance contract with the company.

It was good. He was pretty good.

They did a bypass for the limit switch and ordered the part. However, it's almost a month and it's still not installed! My husband has consistently called each week for updates. Finally, they called last week Friday to schedule installation for this Friday between 11-1 (approx 1 week between time). My husband took the day off to be available. The tech left a message on my husband's phone at 11:50am stating he would be at the house at 12:30pm. At 1:05pm, my husband called the tech because he had not shown up. The tech said he was waiting for a return call to make sure someone was home, and that he would be there in 30 minutes. At 1:49pm the tech called back and said he could not make it, that he was on another job. He needed to reschedule for another day. He stated that he would call my husband at 10 am tomorrow, Saturday, to schedule a time. First major issue is that if the company schedules the job, and the tech called to state he would be there by 12:30pm.. they need to be there. My husband took the time to be home for it, so why did they not show up? On top of that, why imply that it's the customer's fault because there was no call back??? Then to say you will be there in 30 minutes, and call back in 45 minutes to say you have to reschedule for another day??? That's totally not acceptable and also another wasted day! Unfortunately, we've already paid up front for the work to be done, so now we have no choice. This kind of service level is not acceptable. Once they perform the services we've paid for, that's it. We will never use them again. UPDATE: 6-17-14 The owner of the company called us the next day (Father's Day) after this review was submitted and apologized and stated he was not aware of the issue. He was trying to work out a schedule with my husband to come out and correct the work but my husband's schedule was very busy so the owner came out personally on Father's Day on time to take care of the work. Additionally he refunded the entire amount we paid and is still honoring the maintenance services free of charge. I would definitely use them again.

They did fine. They were a little cheaper than some of the bigger players in the market but I still think this area of air conditioning is a ripoff but so be it. Replacing the capacitor is a silly little thing. It's a 30 dollar part that everybody seems to think that they should charge $150.00 to install it. It takes maybe 2 minutes. Theses guys were less than what I call the big player who tried to sell me on doing it on my own home and the reason I found out about how I could do this on my own. Their price was lower so I told the guy to do the work. They found the problem. They did the work. The price was high but reasonable. I'd recommend them. They were punctual. They were good. They had good followup. They talked to me. Everything went fine. They did a good job. They came when they said they would. They walked me through the problem, explained what they were gonna do, did the work and left. They were fine. They took care of everything. They were very good with responsiveness. If I saw another Groupon at that price, I'd jump on it.

The Wiley team inspected and serviced HVAC units. Team was on time, quick, and very thorough in their explanation of the current condition and future needs of the units.

It went well; when he finished each house, he let me know and called from the next house; very friendly.

He said my warranty may not cover the item, and if I found out that it did, they would refund the 75.00 that it cost to replace the part. Even after I found the warranty papers, and he saw what it said he did not refund the money. Even though I paid for the service call. This was on my furnace, the 1st time I used them, it was a better experience.

They provided the service as promised. This included checking the compressor outdoors and changing the air conditioning filter. The person who came out to provide the service was professional and prompt.

I bought a coupon from Angies List for a furnace winter tune up. I never called to schedule and completely forgot about it, I thought it had expired. The company called me several months later to let me know I could use it for my AC summer tune up. I thought that was very nice of them.

He showed up right on time and got right to work. Made sure to always put disposal slippers over shoes as he entered the house. Checked the AC and heat pump. Replaced capacitors in 4 units. Replaced 2 double contactors on AC units. Replaced start assist on both AC units with hard start kits. Replaced both thermostats. Added freon to both units. Changed both filters. I would hire him again.

The service was good. They came out quickly to take care of the work. They let me know some things to look for in the future that could be potential problems.

Everything with without a hitch.Could have a little more on the cleanup and trim. But overall we are well pleased to have used them. They were not the cheapest, but I feel they did the best work.

He kept insisting I recharge my freon, which seemed unnecessary right before I was about to stop using my A/C unit. It seemed like he was just trying to get more money out of me. Overall, it was a total waste of my time and money.
