Amazing and friendly. My A/C unit is up on the roof, and he didn't mind me tagging a long to take a look at my A/C unit and ask a few questions. I even took the time to clean my skylights while I was at it. Very knowledgable about all sorts of different A/C brands and products on the market. I plan on using him again when I need to replace my heating and air units in the next year or two.

Mr. Wiley was very professional and friendly. He explained everything that he was doing and took the time to show me what he was working on. He took before and after pictures which increased my confidence. I would recommend his company at any time and if I have needs in the future, I would absolutely call him again.

My service provider was very professional and made some wonderful suggestions for future service and maintenance.

It didn't go at all. I asked to be rescheduled, and the company never responded to reschedule the service.

It was okay and they came on time. They were professional. They found two things that needed to be fixed and gave us a quote but we found another company to do the repairs cheaper. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was good and easy.

My systems were long overdue for maintenance and cleaning and RWiley came out on an Angie's List special to due an inspection. The technician was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He reviewed my systems and advised me of trouble spots and needed services. No sales pressure, just what should be done now and what could be done to improve performance. No work was undertaken without my approval and once it was approved it was completed quickly and professionally. I would recommend RWiley Heating & Air to anyone. Great Service.

My HVAC system has been having a lot of issues lately and Robbie has been so fast and reliable that I wonder if HE can manufacture an HVAC system that is reliable as he is.

I bought this service via an Angie Deal and was very pleased with Robbie's professionalism and good work. He offered knowledge about the system I have, suggested that I have the coils cleaned (they needed it!) which he did for $100. He looked over the system and told me his experience with it which was input I appreciated. Offered, but did not pressure, to buy his annual maintenance program. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

If you need any heating or air repairs R.Wiley Heating and Air to me is the best for your repairs. I've use them twice for heating and AC service. The job was done right the first time on both services and their prices were not outrages like some other companies I called.

They're very busy. It's not something that you can get redeemed right away. After the emailed dates were too far out, I contacted them by phone and we scheduled an appointment for next week. The office manager was very nice.

I purchased the Angie's list deal that they offered and called ot schedule. When Bobby found out that I was having a problem with the pipe overflowing he arranged to come out that same day to prevent water damage to my ceiling (unit on 2nd floor) even though they were booked until 8/6. I was very please with the work and price and will definitely refer him to anyone looking for an honest and reliable Heat/A/C provider!!!!

The initial service they came out to perform was good. In the process they tried to raise the prices and sell me additional services. I had them replace the freon and a sealant to correct a leak. I didn’t like that they didn’t guarantee all of their work. When I had an issue with the sealant and freon a month later they tried to charge me again.

7/23/2014 For the $39.00 the company assessed the condition of my air conditioner unit, checked the freeon level and made recomendations for parts needed to insure functionality of the unit. The parts were ordered and the maintenance was provided with a limited warranty provided. No problems and we will have The Wiley Company to service the furnace for the winter.

It went fine. He was very nice. He knew exactly what he was doing. The price was fair.

There were no troubles with scheduling. One technician came out for the tune-up and spent about thirty minutes on the work. There was no additional work or repairs needed. I was very satisfied with the job.

It was fine. They were on time. He did what he was suppose to do. He explained everything that he was doing.

Perfect start to finish. Explains everything, provides photos of any damaged parts, very knowledgeable and personable. Would definitely use for future work.

I thought I was paying for 2 AC "tune-ups" for $38/each. Basically all they did was come out, inspect the unit and change my filters. I asked so you are going to clean the AC unit right? Their response was no, that is another $89/unit. So I said, then what you market as a "tune-up" is not truly a tune up, but just an inspection. On the Big Deal it even says Diagnostic or Tune-up. I picked Tune-up, so I wonder what their definition is of both those services. Bottom line, A waste of money. $38/unit for a filter...that's one expensive filter. Shady marketing in my opinion. You are not getting what they market as a "tune-up", you are getting a filter change out and inspection of your unit, that's it.

It turned out good. I was not aware that I would have to purchase a second coupon. The technician did a fine job.

They were nice to work with. The technician brought his young son along to the appointment. They found a bunch of problems with the unit and quoted me a price to get it all worked on. I had sore throat after they came and checked on the unit.

They were very good. They did excellent work.

Everything was great. They were very prompt and professional. He wore booties and he was very detail oriented in explaining possible options for changing the system out in the future.

They were absolutely fantastic! They fixed it for less the cost the other guy estimated it for! I can’t give enough A+’s for them.

Repairs were good but called office for a copy of the invoice and service contract and did not receive.
