we bought furnace service through angieslist for $40. tech came out and said we needed to replace the capacitor, as sooner or later, it would go bad. our original capacitor was working fine. tech charged $110 for a unit that costs about $25. i expressed my displease of the overcharge to owner and he said he would take care of it and for me to call him. i have left voicemails and emails, but i have yet to hear back from him...

Service went as planned. Technician called when on their way. They performed the work as planned. In addition, their inspection showed I may need a part replaced, and that my blowers needed to be cleaned which was a more extensive job (and not part of the general maintenance). The gave me the price for removing the part so I could think about it, and provided pictures so I can see the blowers along with pricing so I can decide what I want to do next.

Mr. Wiley is friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the job in one visit, and charged me what he quoted. The new vent and line are very well done. I am very pleased with his service and professionalism. I plan to sign up with him for annual HVAC service in the Spring.

I'd give them A. They were responsive. They came on time, punctual. They did the job and they also did some additional work. I think it was reasonable. I paid additional $75.00. I think they overcharged me on that $75.00 when all they did was put in the trap so that there will be a trap before the water gets expelled. He said that that's the reason why probably water was coming in backwards and making the filter wet. It was another 15-minute repair job for 75 bucks.

It was a big deal. It was fine. He recommended that I get a brand new air conditioning system. The big deal was fine but the additional work was not fine. He said he would take 4 hours but he took more.

His assessment of the status of the units was comforting and welcoming to my being. He performend admirable and had in tow his son which in time will be an additional asset to his business. Will use again when heeded.

It went fine. They were able to send out 1 tech within 30 days of purchase of the deal. My wife was at home at the time.

I needed a new coil and to change my Freon in my air conditioner before it burnt out I was done in an hour and he even called ahead to give notice that he was on his way.

The man was nice but he came from far away. The tune-ups went well. Because of their distance from me, I wouldn't use them again, but that's the only reason.

They were prompt and professional. They came out the same day that I called for service. Explained everything in detail where I could understand what the problem was and I was able to decide what repairs I wanted done that day.

Great ! He was very professional, prompt and kept me informed about arrival time. Did inspection and gave me detailed explanation including pictures of issues. Was honest in saying two items probably needed replacement but could wait until they actually malfunction. I will definitely use again!

My tenants' A/C stopped working in 90 degree heat. Needless to say, they urgently wanted it repaired. As always, I called R Wiley and the owner, Robbie, rearranged his schedule to squeeze me in. He determined the problem quickly, had the needed part on his truck and fixed the problem within an hour. The tenants are very happy and so am I. II am so thankful that I found R Wiley. The owner is expert and very customer service oriented.

Everything on time with good explanations and recommendation for preventive maintenance. No cheap but good.

Second time I have used R. Wiley and I could not be happier. There inspections have helped me avoid numerous headaches and confusion with my A/C system. Will continue to use them in the future.

It went very well due to the professionalism and competency. Made good recommendations and gave good tips on how to conserve energy and get the best performance out of the unit.

I just wasn't 100% sure the parts he replaced were actually in need of repair. The unit started leaking again after he did the work. There were no issues with scheduling, though, and he was professional enough.

They came out to check the filter and levels, but I had quite a bit more work to be done. I actually signed up for a service contract. Scheduling was the worst part. I had to track them down after a few months of not reaching out to me. That may have been partially on Angie's List, as my number apparently wasn't shared with the provider.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It turned out fine. It was $39 but I think I purchased something for my air conditioner so I ended up paying a total of $78. There was nothing bad. The good thing was that he was prompt and he was professional. He seemed to be very knowledgeable about what he was talking about. I just haven't had time to get bids out for a second estimate. This was my first time using them.

The problem was the AC coil and pan needed to be replaced. The owner came out on a Tuesday to diagnose the problem. My husband and I gathered several estimates for replacing the AC coil. This company had the best price and also offered a 10% percent because my husband is a veteran. We scheduled the work to be done on the following Friday, two days later, on June 27th. There has been no water leaking ever since and we did not have to contact the company to come out again for any additional problems. My husband and I were very please with the service and would use them again.
