The service went well. They did not have the right filter for my unit, however. The technician let me know what was going on with the unit and what would need worked on in the future. I liked how informative he was. I had no problem scheduling the deal but he showed up a little late.

I sent a request to Robby Wiley using Angies List request form on 2/16, in the evening. The next morning Robby called me, had one of his workers, Leonard stop by my house, look at my existing system and then Robby called me that afternoon, gave me a quote and came to my home at 5:30pm that day and replaced my furnace. That by itself is an incredible result. At one point during the install, I asked Robby why he was going to the trouble of creating a custom seal between by air conditioning coil housing and new furnace, vs. just using metal tape to seal the gap. He said, "tape would probably work, but I don't do probably". Incredibly professional, arrived when he said, and charged me exactly what he quoted. This included having to replace a shoddy condensation hose installation done by the previous HVAC provider I had used. I can't be more positive about my experience and totally recommend Robby Wiley.

It was good. They sold me another service. It was good, it is running good now and I am happy about that. They explained it, it was excellent. Price was a little expensive for the 30 minutes they were there.

It was okay except he didn't wire it back together correctly, I had to fix it myself. I think he came within 2 days of me signing up for the deal.

He was very punctual. It took a little while to get him in the area, but the service went fine. He was very professional.

Purchased a deal on Angie's List for an A/C tuneup. Mr. Wiley called and an appointment was made. On the appointment day, he called ahead and advised when he would be there. Upon arrival, he came to door and advised he was here and what he was going to do and that after he was done with his inspection, he would let me know what he found before performing any work. He did what he said he would and in addition to the tune-up, found a defective capacitor and that the system was a bit low on Freon. He quoted a price on which we both agreed. He immediately began the work and was done in about an hour. He advised when done and gave me his number in case there were any problems. There were none. At all times, Mr. Wiley acted in a professional manner and was glad to answer any questions I may have had. It was like a breath of fresh air to find a vendor that actually cared about the customer's satisfaction. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

The technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

The Furnace Tune-up was completed on 2nd date.

I had no isses with scheduling and they were responsive. They were able to come out quickly. He was very thorough with the inspection. The deal advertised an air filter but they could not provide that for me since I do not have a standard size.

While $115 may seem to be a lot to tell me I had a sensor that is likely going bad, the truth is, I had no heat before he came, I had heat when he left. The repairman was very knowledgeable in performing diagnostics, identifying the part that was failing, explaining every step he took, and was very professional. The part is a $10 part. While different furnaces use different sensors and maybe it would be unreasonable to expect that the 5-7 sensors used in different furnaces would be stocked on his truck, that would have been the best of all outcomes.

They did a good job and I would use them again.

It turned out ok. Nothing was wrong, so he checked everything. I wanted to make sure everything was good.

Mr Wiley, owner, serviced my units. He is southern gentleman polite, did not rush, explained what he did, removed used filters. He called thirty before he arrived, was prompt. I will use him now for all my heating and air needs. I could not be more pleased.

He was excellent. I wound up purchasing an annual maintenance plan.

He came out and he fixed a leak out from the A/C unit. He said there was debris in it and it clogged it up. The problem did reoccur later, but I do not feel it was his fault.

It went well! Mr. Wiley is very professional and personable. He patiently explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. He even provided helpful tips/hints for surviving the cold winter months. It was like doing business with a trusted friend. I found this business through one of the big deal ads - $39 furnace check up.

Had water coming out of furnace pipe which could have caused a lot of damage to my kitchern ceiling. He came same day and cleaned out the drain pipe and did additional tune ups. --A/C was running hot and could have blown if not for the tune up!! Would definitely use again!!!!

I have a 30+ year old furnace that I inherited with the house I bought just over a year ago. Robby Wiley came out - he called prior to coming out on the day of the service and was here when he said he would be. He worked on the furnace for the better part of an hour. He showed me pictures of the inside of the unit where there was a lot of rust and a small 2-3" crack in my heat exchanger, unfortunately. He told me the part for that old of a unit was not available and even if it were, he wouldn't recommend putting that kind of money into it. He turned the gas off to the furnace for safety reasons. He told me he could only turn it back on if I was willing to sign that they weren't responsible for personal injury or property damage due to further use of furnace. I understood and I signed. He gave me a quote that day for a replacement unit - $2,100 for a 90,000 BTU - 80% horizontal gas furnace (I forget the brand). I told him I had a family member that did commercial heating & air and would check with him first. He told me to not hesitate if my family member wanted to contact him to see the pictures or ask any questions. Very solid company!

They did a great job and everything is working well.

I paid for the service through an Angie's List promotion and they really went above and beyond. The tech was prompt, courteous and thorough.
