At first the guy was supposed to come in the afternoon and it was getting later and later and when he finally called to say he was coming, it was too late for my family and we had to reschedule. When the (new) guy came, he was very thorough and inspected everything closely. I was anticipating him finding something to charge us for and he didn't disappoint! But, it turns out it was justified and I'm glad we did this tune up before the summer began. He showed me a before and after picture of our coils, which were almost completely covered in dirt at first. He did an amazing job. He was very kind and professional. I would certainly call him again should the need arise, and we are considering going with an annual service contract to keep things in good shape.

They were fine. The furnace has been working fine, and my bill went down, so they did a good job. The gentleman was very upfront and he did what he said he was going to do within the price that he quoted me. They were good. The pricing was competitive.

Amazing response and acumen. I had two other companies come out to the house and said I would need to replace my units and received quotes between $4,000-$8,000. Both took money from me to tell me that. Leonard was dispatched same day on a Saturday because heat was so bad in the house my two daughters couldn't take it anymore. Leonard arrived quickly and diagnosed the problem, replaced the capacitor, and we have been great ever since. As a single dad, these guys were lifesavers for us. Thanks guys!

I've signed up for this type of deal on Angie's List, using various companies, over the past 3 or so years. Some techs have definitely been better than others. This time around I was glad I got Mr. Wiley's deal. I immediately noticed he was doing a much better job than previous techs had. He showed me a few things that needed maintenance that fell outside of the cost of the initial Angie's list deal. The repairs seemed very necessary and were reasonably priced. He gave me a heads up regarding things I should plan on getting worked on within the next year. Very professional and straight forward. I would absolutely hire him again.

Robby showed up a little early and called ahead to see if it was acceptable. He identified the problem, told me what it was to fix it, and he fixed it. The one thing that impressed me the most is that every single other A/C company I have ever dealt with will come out and repair the problem, but always try to sell you a whole new system. Robby didn't utter a single word about replacing the system, he just fixed the problem and went on his way.

Showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within the scope of the Angie's List deal. I also upgraded to annual service because I was so pleased with the service and felt very comfortable with them. Highly recommended.

The service provider was very thorough in his explanation of everything. His pricing is competitive with the big guys. He was punctual.

On short notice Robby got me out of a bind. Need an inspection done for a prospective home purchase and only one day (Sat) to do it. Price was more than fair under circumstances and got the information I needed. Very professional and accommodating.

They did a fine job with the furnace tune-up.

Leonard arrived early within the 2 hour window of time. He was friendly and very professional. He checked my AC and said that everything looked good. This was a check up special. I will definitely use them again.

No problems, and he answered all my questions with the utmost patience. As I had recently replaced the filter and it was still good, he left a new one for later.

I still use them. They've been a good vendor. I think they initially came out in April of 2014 for the Angie's List deal. After that, I signed a preventive maintenance agreement with them. So they come out every six months. On the initial visit, they did honor the Angie's List price which I think was $49 per unit. I actually had three units. So it was three times. They honored the Angie's List deal price on the additional unit. The units had not been tuned up in about six years. So there were a few things that needed to be replaced. I spent about $700 on the first one. I was kind of expecting that some parts would need to be replaced.

I paid $39.00 on Angie's List...then Riley charged me an additional $500, without ever applying the $39.00 that I had already paid. I was working from home that day. Didn't have a lot of time to think about it. By the time I did think about it, I searched and searched for this guy's e-mail address and phone number online (misplaced my receipt)...I never found him again until I found the receipt MONTHS later and it was too late to call. I feel that I gave $39.00 to Angie's List for nothing, then was charged another $500 on top of it and I have no idea what I got for $539.00.

It worked out great. We got the work that I had the deal on but itwas something else that had to be done and we got them to do that. They were professional and they did a good job and they were prompt with everything.

Thoroughly checked and cleaned my air conditioner and changed my filter. The technician was friendly and gave advice.

Inspected three gas furnaces, replaced filters, verified they were in good condition for the season ahead. When he arrived, the first thing he noticed was that the vent pipe had come out of place and was leaning in an unsafe way that could have led to a serious CO problem. He braced the pipe in the proper position. It was part of the inspection and done without additional charge.

What a great deal! Tech was very personable and had no problems climbing up on the roof even though the deal was only $39. Awesome. Will use them again.

Service technician arrived the next day after I contacted the business via Angie's List. He examined the system, found and fixed the issue immediately. He was clearly knowledgable about the furnace, and was able to explain how the problem occurred (hard water deposit buildup in the vent was reducing airflow enough to trigger a safety pressure valve, preventing the furnace from firing).

They missed their first service call and apologized profusely and stated that is definitely not the "norm" for them. They then re-scheduled at my convenience and had a job before mine that took longer than they anticipated so they missed my second window, but they called me throughout the day to keep me updated on their progress and when they would arrive for my service. Once they arrived, they were great! The service was quick, easy and well explained. They did make up for their missed appointment and tardiness by comping me an additional service for free - it was very much appreciated and I look forward to using them again. I really do believe my situation was out of the ordinary for them since they get such great reviews!

R Wiley did a fine job for this AC tune-up -- they were prompt and professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and how my system was operating. Recommended!

Technician checked my unit and found it to be okay. Also checked the air filter and found it to be okay, but he left a new one for next replacement since a new one was covered in the service description. One of my large vents was vibrating whenever the fan came on and making an annoying high-pitched noise. When I described it, he knew exactly what was needed and took care of the problem by adjusting the tilt of the fins in the vent. Very impressed with how well his repair has been---no more noise. And I was glad to know that everything else appeared okay. A very knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant technician. I would hire again.
