They did an excellent job. So much so, that I decided to sign up for their maintenance plan. Normally that is not something that I would do, but these guys were really good. Cost is not indicative of the work they did as I signed up for a service contract. The service contract includes a check up on the unit in the fall and one in the spring with cleaning the coils.

AC Tune up did not include cleaning the coils which was another $100 just for spraying on some solution and washing it off. So I thought that was a bit high. Also had to replace capacitor as it was leaking fluid. This was $150 which was pretty reasonable. I do wish the old capacitor would have been left just for good measure. Overall a pretty good experience and I would use them again.

I was so pleased that they came right out, 24 hours later. I would tell others about them.

It was great. They did a great job. They were excellent. They were fantastic. We were really worried we're going to have the one unit replaced so he was very good about telling us what parts of it were still in excellent condition.

Excellent job. I liked the representative and he seemed genuinely interested in making my experience a good one. It was a bit expensive but I trusted that we needed to do it and his assurances that it was needful.

Robbie Wiley the owner is professional in every way. He is prompt to return calls and does what he says. He takes pride in his company and the people who do work in his name. Our furnace had to be returned to it's heat pump status as it had been programmed wrong when we bought this house. The auxiliary heat continued to come on. It was returned to it's function as a heat pump. We had them return in the spring to make sure our AC was operating properly. You can trust this company!

Worker was on time. He explained and showed me the reason why a part needed to be replaced on both units. His explanation was clear and understandable.

He explained everything he did and was very friendly and courteous. He was running behind but did call in advance and let me know and showed up when promised. I would use this provider again.

Parts were installed, units tidied up, cool air prevailed.

Cleaned coils Checked amp draw. Checked Freon charge.

It took them 20 minutes to complete the work. They didn't do much, they opened the thing and they checked if all the fuses were good or not then he said the filter seems to fit. Somehow I am not happy.

My appointment was between 9 - 11 am - Robby Wiley, the owner, called at 9:30 and said he was on his way. Checked my furnace, which had to be accessed through my attic (I live in a condo) - changed all the filters and said my furnace was in good working condition. He recommended a yearly maintenance agreement for the furnace and my air conditioning unit to be checked out which I did purchase. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He is coming out to check my air conditioning unit next Monday.

Two gentlemen arrived on time; the younger one wasn't actually dressed from crawling under the house to the crawlspace . . once he got his earbuds out - Fixed the problem in short order. Both were polite and courteous. Would call again -

My AC unit is fairly new.. about 4 years old. The technician was able to answer some questions I had and give some advice on how to maintain it. He was extremely courteous, showed up on time. He called beforehand. It could not have gone better. I really appreciated the great service and the reasonable price.

He arrive on time, introduced himself. Checked the thermostat first , then inspected the heater/ air filter, then on to the outside unit. There he found the problem and gave me the cost of the repair. After I agreed, he preceeded to repair the unit, clean up and leave.

Company serviced my AC unit, then did a cleaning of the unit for an additional $100.00.

The gentleman that serviced us was amazing. Very professional, very polite, more than willing to explain everything he was doing and why. He was late due to a longer than expected call prior to us. However, he kept us updated and apologized profusely. These guys are great!

our unit was making loud and scary noises. The tech came out and took a look at it. He assured us that all was fine and we didn't need any major work on the unit. he serviced the unit and left. So relieved and grateful. Very professional and friendly.

Mr. Wiley was punctual, cooperative and knowledgeable. He explained everything he found and made recommendations. It could not have gone better! He earned my trust and will be servicing all my HVAC units from now on...

The serviceman came and reviewed the system. Did the basic service. He found some issues for future repairs and made a recommendation for needed services at the moment to get us back on line. He did a very good job and made good suggestions.

The service technician contacted me ahead of time to inform me when he was on his way. Even though there was an accident and he got stuck in awful traffic he still showed up to perform annual a/c tune up. As he was performing services he explained what he was looking for and how things looked. I would most definitely recommend R Wiley Heating and Air for any of your HVAC system needs.

$$$ Please have a maintenance agreement. This is not your parents HVAC system. They are very SOPHISTICATED. R. Wiley is very comprehensive. We appreciate all their fine work, and look forward to doing business with them in the future. Thanks guys!
