They replaced a capacitor for $175 and put in 3 lbs of R22 at $75/lb with a sealant that cost $275. Then they cleaned the outside hot coil for $ 100. The total bill including the $39 Angie's list coupon deal I purchased from came to $814. Work was done 6/27/2018 and AC is working well.

Tech was professional and thorough. I knew my system was elderly, so when he told me it was probably 15-20 years old, it wasn't a surprise. He was frank about the cost of some needed repairs and when I asked him for a quote for a new system, he provided that. No pressure whatsoever to replace the unit right away--he offered some advice for low-cost things I could do myself to maintain it since I told him I wanted to see if I could nurse it along for one more year before replacing. He did a great job--I'll be hiring them to replace when I'm ready next year.

It went fine. It was just a routine tuneup.

Technician changed filters but during the process accidentally damaged wiring to second AC unit. I was then told that I would have to pay to re-run new wiring to the AC unit and it would cost $225. I decided to call another company (Reliable Heating & Air). They came out for $89 (the required service cost) and repaired what the original technician from R. Wiley broke. It took them 15 to 20 minutes. I understand it was an accident but I think R. Wiley should have fixed it vs. trying to charge me for their mistake. I won't be using them again.

Best HVAC company I've ever used. I won't use anyone else. They take their time to always do the right thing. And their work is always clean and tight. I'm very grateful I found them for our old house.

Robbie and team showed up and replaced two completely dead HVAC systems with highly efficient Rheem inverter systems. In the first month alone, my electric bill has dropped from ~$550 to $250 - now that we're not relying on heat strip heating. They were excellent, describing everything that they did and walking us through using the new systems. No surprises on the bill, either - just straight forward and honest. I'd highly recommend them in the future, without reservation.

Robby and his crew were amazing. We are remodeling a 1930's bungalow and it needed a complete new HVAC system, ductwork and all. I talked with at least 5 HVAC companies and found Robby to be the most honest and helpful of all of them. I couldn't be more pleased and would not hesitate to recommend R Wiley to anyone that needs service or replacement.

All went very well. They were on time. They explained the noise we were hearing from the furnace. There was no high pressure to buy anything. He was polite, and gave a verbal and written explanation to us.

I called R.Wiley, Heating and Air, and Leonard came out right away. Rather than immediately telling me that I needed to replace the system because it was so old, he searched first what the problem could be. He replaced a part, but it turned out that this was not going to work very well because my furnace was just too old. It helped a bit but it was only a temporary fix to keep the furnace going for a while longer. We then decided that I would have to replace the system. He did NOT charge me for the part or for the service call! The price he quoted for a new system, was very reasonable, and on top of that, he gave me a discount because I am a service contract client. Then, two days later, because of the very cold weather, my system decided to quit altogether on Saturday morning. I left a message on Leonards phone asking if they could come out the next Monday to install the new furnace instead of the Tuesday we had agreed on. He called me back a few hours later and told me that they had made some arrangements with the supplier of the furnace and that they would COME OUT THE NEXT DAY WHICH WAS A SUNDAY!!!! They installed the system on Sunday and in the evening my house was comfortably warm again! This is amazing service that you don't see very often! It made me bless the day I signed the service contract with R. Wiley Heating and Air a few years ago! I Can really recommend this company for its courteous, friendly, and professional service!

The technician said he'd have the owner work up an estimate to fix my HVAC. It's been 3 weeks and I never heard back.

Great!!! Technician Ken found and eliminated the problem in both systems which, if left untreated, could have resulted in very costly repairs. Additionally, Ken proved detailed answers to my questions. An added plus....when he came into my house, he immediately put protectors on his shoes. I did not have to ask him to do so.

The service rep called in advance, on time and on schedule and performed a very efficient and thorough assessment.
