He explained what he was doing and what was needed and he even checked the rooms that I had a question about. Very polite and would not hesitate to call him again.

They were very responsive, came out the day after I called. Arrived on time and explained exactly what the options were for fixing the freon leak. I was expecting them to try to sell a new system, which is what most other HVAC companies have done but they did not. They did a great job and so far the AC is back to normal.

Service tech (co-owner of the company) arrived on time, good communication, friendly, respectful, professional service. He gave straightforward honest report of inspection results and recommendations, fair pricing for additional repair service recommended (weak electrical component), without applying any high pressure sales pitch. He completed the authorized repair promptly. Good overall experience, and I would use them again in the future.

The technician was friendly and professional. He gave me a detailed report of his findings and was able to answer any questions I had. All work was done in a couple of hours. I'm satisfied.

Robby arrived a couple of minutes early (always a plus in my mind). He seemed to be thorough and provided suggested repairs/maintenance for my units. He wasn't pushy like some of the other providers I have dealt with in the past. Overall, i would definitely utilize this provider again for future service.

During Atlanta heat wave they were extremely busy with many emergencies, but they made time on a Sunday to come to our house and install the A/C unit. We were thrilled especially on a Sunday!!

I wanted to have my AC unit inspected since I have not had it done since buying the house in 2006. I saw the Angie's List ad for a $49 tune up with 1 pound of refrigerant so I decided to get it done. The R Wiley heating and air tech arrived at my house on time. He inspected my unit, explained how things worked with it etc etc. .. The tech recommended that I should have this inspection done twice a year. If you have any problems RWiley Heating and Air will respond promptly, even on weekends.

Ok except the technician tried to sell ancillary services

Wonderful service. He showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. Was very thorough in his explanations and diagnosis. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The very nice tech checked my freon with the gauge turned away from me. And said my unit appeared not to need freon but he felt we were not getting a proper read of the freon because the coils were dirty and the capacitor was faulty. He noted the capacitor read 24 mfd instead of 30 mfd and had "rust." I note that neither the fan motor nor the compressor has any difficulty starting and the cold air line is wet and cold as ice as it should be. So, he said to get a proper reading on the freon he would need to clean the coils on the exterior coils and replace the capacitor (which can be bought for about $10-$15 about anywhere BTW) for a charge of $250. Asked did I want him to do it? I replied, "No, I want you to close it all back up and leave the premises."I knew then, it was all just a rip-off. Then, he came to the door and said you are entitled to a free filter change and for me to inspect your furnace. I said, "I have learned my lesson." Thanks, but I will change my own filter and I don't need your inspection of my furnace. "Tune-up"--shouldn't that be more than looking at your system and finding things that you need done for a lot more money? How would the tech and that company feel if they took their service van into the dealership for a tune-up and paid for a tune-up to find that all they bought was a list of things that should be done for a lot more money? I don't want my $49 back--I learned a valuable lesson for a small amount of money!

Once the tech came onsite, he determined that thecapacitor was bad. Once he replaced it, the AC fan started rotating at full speed and working properly Perfect, friendly, will gladly use them again if I have other issues.

I purchased a $39 Air Conditioner Tune Up - but ended up signing a maintenance contract with this company for annual airconditioning and furnace check ups. The technician was very knowledgable and I was very happy with the service he provided.

Just received services from R Wiley Heating & Air and am extremely satisfied with my experience. First of all I was impressed to see that my service tech was the actual company owner himself (R. Wiley). My system had been down for 6 days so I was really ready to have some cool air blowing ASAP! R Wiley had found the source of my problem in roughly 30 minutes and had the system back up an going inside of 2 hours from the start of my appointment. This included complete system evaluation, recommendations for future repairs: including those that could be put off and those that couldn't, as well as an educational tour of my furnace for me to understand some of the issues I was experiencing. The service provider was extremely professional and courteous and was an absolute wealth of knowledge. I never got the impression that I was being talked into anything that I did not want to do. My service provider simply stated the facts as they were and provided me with options and allowed me to make the final decisions myself. During this visit it was determined that I will likely need to purchase a new furnace in the not so distant future. Due to my experience today you can rest assured that R Wiley will be my FIRST choice to provide this follow-up service for my home. By the way...quotes for all of the present and future services were provided as the work was being performed so that I was not being setup for a BIG $urprise at the end of the service appointment. I strongly recommend this service provider.

I bought a deal for both units. Was very pleased with service, seemed knowledgeable.

Purchased a deal for an a/c tune-up at my rental house for $39. The technician found a Freon leak and quoted $400 to fix it. I said ok for the $400 fix. 15 mins later he calls again and says the $400 was just for re-fill and it will cost another $400 for a stop leak fluid. And it has a 90% chance of fixing the leak. And re-filling the Freon is useless without the stop leak fluid. If I knew all this ahead of time, I would have just replaced the a/c unit, instead of taking a chance on fixing the leak.

We purchased an older home with old HVAC systems. The technician was very patient explaining what he discovered in his inspection. We decided to sign up for the annual service plan.

This is a great, small company that does not seem to be out to up sell or cheat anyone. The work completed was satisfactory and they even told me that it would be not benefit me to replace my unit even though it is 14 years old. I don't know of any other companies in Atlanta that would rather work on a older unit then attempt to sell you a new one, and I vastly respect them for that.

Went good except thar starting from service price of $79.00 and ending up with a $612.00 bill, and then no follow up after when asked about service agreement and warranty of work performed !

I did require additional work. I would use them again.

After the maintenance, the systems are both running noticeably better, so it was definitely worth the price! Asked about potentially upgrading our upstairs A/C unit since it hadn't been keeping up with the summer heat, but Wiley recommended that I keep the unit and just maintain it better, which was good advice. After he cleaned it up, the upstairs unit has been keeping both top floors cool at 73 degrees without any difficulty.
