He was very helpful. He changed the filter and left some extras behind so we could change it ourselves in the future. There was no sales pitch or attempt to up-sell us, which was nice.

This was a big deal purchase. They did the work and did what they said they were going to do. He tried to upsell me on the spot. They came out very shortly after I purchased the deal. They seem to have done a good job and seemed to be knowledgeable. I just did not like their business practices. They told me a problem was imminent and the unit was going to break down. That was about four months ago. Obviously what he was telling me was not true. What they could do better in the future is to be truthful. He was very polite and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He left everything clean and all. I don't know if it is the guy necessarily; it could be what the company tells him to do. The price was ridiculously low.

We hired this service to do the annual inspection on a furnace in our rental property. This service is always on time and very professional. We have used R Wiley in the past, and will continue to do so.

Appointment setup was easy, Leonard called to inform he could come earlier than appt time if we were ok with that. He put booties on his shoes before coming in, which is very polite and appreciated. Checked furnace condition and replaced filter. Didn't try to up sell or recommend parts being replaced that wouldn't have been necessary...very honest. He even assisted with the dampers to help heat direction. He did inform us about their maintenance contract, which sounds fantastic, but he didn't push for us to sign up that day. Planning on calling back before Spring to start the contract. GREAT company!

Tech came two days after I called to schedule. He diagnosed a bad circuit board. I got a call from him in couple of hours after he left with the price of the new board. He called Lennox to order the board and picked it up on the way to my place to install it two days later. Tech was very professional and nice.

R Wiley was very informative and knowledgeable when he gave us the estimate. He answered all our questions. His price was very competitive. They showed up when they said they would to do the install. Shoe covers and drop cloths were used to protect our new carpeting. So far our system works great and meets the requirements of our home (previous system did not). All in all we were very happy.

The service was excellent. The technician explained what he was going to do, and when he discovered an issue he gave me a price to replace the part and then completed the job. I would definitely recommend these guys in the future.

They corrected the problem, and suggested I get a service contract with them. He said with that they'd come out twice a year. I never heard back from them after that. I called them, and it took them two days to tell me my air conditioning unit needed to be replaced, and quoted me a high price.

I think it went well. This man was very courteous and I will call them again for my spring tune up.

It was fine. Once they got here and started inspecting the systems, they said that I needed to have one of my compressors outside cleaned. They charged me $100 to vacuum the lids around the compressor. It was a 10 minute job and I thought that was a little overpriced. Aside from that, everything else was fine.

They were very professional, showed up on time, and explained their service and what other services they could provide. I signed up for a heating/AC maintenance contract. I was very satisfied with the service. My dogs even liked them.

R Wiley clearly explained what caused the problems and how to resolve them. They were extremely professional and efficient; I now have two fully functioning HVAC units. I couldn't be more pleased with their service, and will definitely use them again. In the area of HVAC service, it's difficult to determine if a provider is doing unnecessary work, but I am certain that didn't happen here. I've already recommended them to a neighbor.

To be quite honest I was more than a little disappointed. He really didn't do anything to my unit and he said it would cost me $250 or more for him to put do the work. I ended up paying the $39 and then I had to hire another air conditioning people company to come hook it up, which they did it for once service call of $45.

They were very punctual and great to talk to. He explained everything very well and why the repairs were needed. We were worried we would need a whole new unit but with these repairs hopefully we will get another 5 years out of it and their goal from the beginning was to get it fixed not replaced which I respect a lot. They seem very honest and I have no problem using them for all my needs going forward.

Two months after the service, my upstairs AC stopped working. I was glad that I checked the unit myself before calling in for service. The water pan was full, thus shutting off the unit to prevent water leak in the attic. The problem is the contractor agreed to drain the water both verbally and on paper. He "did" add bleach to the draining pipe to prevent mold build up, too. So the only explanation is that he didn't drain the water as promised, since the unit had been running for over a year before the service. No way the water pan would be filled up within two months. Thus, I had to finish his job!! What's more, the air filter was installed the wrong way, so the filter was ripping off from the unsupported side! I'm glad that the water pan filled up/shutting off the unit before the filter got sucked in and ruining the unit if not leading to more serious consequences. I hope my case is an anomaly. But I am not going to do business with this provider.

The guy came out and ran all sorts of tests on my aged A/Cs. The service was supposed to include 1 pound of coolant for each of my 2 systems. He gave me a long winded explanation of how the coolant would not make the system perform better and did not top off the coolant. I had to call someone else 6 weeks later to add 2.5 pounds of coolant because the upstairs system froze. I had to pay more to fix this guy's mistake than if someone had accurately inspected the system and added the proper amount of coolant. Waste of my money, just like Angie's List. I'm cancelling.

Provider was fast to respond to the request for service and performed the required work efficiently. We would use this provider again. The Big Deal price was very reasonable.

He's extremely passionate and knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to give me a run-down on a/c maintenance and up keep since I am a first time homeowner. He even gave me extra filters and told me which ones are a waste of money vs. the ones that are worth purchasing. I felt very confident to sign up for the seasonal heating and air maintenance plan with his company.

The advice ad service from the technican was sound and timely. Sicne the repair the unit has been working effeicently again.

Technician was friendly and professional, but due to complications with other clients during the day, he was quite late. He was good about calling to keep me updated as to his approximate arrival, though. The actual tune-up required a significant amount of coolant (as our system is aging and received no maintenance from the previous house owner). Between that and a coating that is intended to seal leaks in the system, the whole service ran a good deal higher in price than we expected it to. However, this was probably unavoidable due to the previous lack of maintenance.

Very honest and trustworthy gentlemen who found something that needed replacing on the AC unit which wasn't covered by the service but replaced it anyway just to see if it would help. It did and he didn't ask for any payment for it. I gave him some money anyway.

The technician was very professional and explained all the need to know information to me. I was happy with the service.
