The gentleman was very nice. I have not had any problems until last night when my furnace starting leaking Gas. I had to call the fire department. Tried to call the company today as well as there emergency hotline was not able to get through.

Yeah it went fine. I ended up getting something replaced.

They did fine. The tune-up was fine. The price, responsiveness, and professionalism were pretty good I think. They could have focused on the repair instead of the replacement.

Checked furnace blower, cleaned rail, changed filter. Mr. Wiley was professional, knowledgeable (answered my questions without getting hateful or ridiculing my understanding of the furnace and duct system) and told me about changing filter and best type HEPPA filter. He was on timely and offered his company for future service, so we had him to come to my Mom's home down the street and him service her furnace also. You cannot bet Wiley Heating & Air; quality, service and cost!

They were great. I called them and they were able to come out right away. They are a small business that seems family owned. They were very prompt. They have a lower overhead and I appreciated that. I would definitely use them again.

Honestly, it was so long ago, I forgot what the issue was with the company but we weren't satisfied. Went with a competitor after they left.

It was okay. I would never use them again. I didn't have to pay anything extra. He took out the filter but then he couldn't replace it. He didn't make any offers to get one. We ended up having to spend more money to go get one and then pay another company to put it in. I wasn't there. My husband was there. He said he just took it out and he didn't have the right type of filter and told him to find one. He offered us a service contract. We came to find out it was much higher than others in that field. We didn't use them for anything else.

This was a big deal purchase. It did not work very well. They put some new material on ducting that was ripped. They came back and repaired it again but it still ended up splitting. They tried to upsell me on a lot of things. Since then we have replaced our HVAC system with another company. It was only an okay situation. They had to make two trips. They charged me more. It turned out the initial price was only the price of the deal. They charged me extra to clean out the pipe. They didn't use proper ducting tape so they had to come back out. They were responsive and were on time.

Leonard was very professional and explained everything he was doing with regard to servicing my furnace. Would use again for sure.

Our heater started intermittently not cycling back on to maintain heat setting. The repairman came out and first diagnosed that the batteries were dead in the digital thermostat. After putting fresh batteries in the unit, the unit came back on and stayed on for several hours, then, as before, it would not cycle back on. Had to have him come back out. Come to find out it was the "Draft Inducer Motor" going bad. We decided not to fix it at this time, as the worst of the cold weather was behind us and our unit is very old. My husband was able to band aid it for now and we will be purchasing a whole new unit in the near future. I did purchase a maintenance contract with R Wiley. I would definitely recommend R Wiley. The technician was very informative and seemed very honest.

Everything was great and he even changed my filters!

R wiley was the first HVAC contractor who followed through with giving me an accurate estimate for the job. He already won me over at that point as I most HVAC guys were either too busy or wanted to charge $100 for a quote/diagnostic. R Wiley looked at the job and called to get prices for parts, all for free. The work went as planned and my system works great now. Very happy and the price was very low for HVAC work. (being the week before Christmas helped slightly on that).

Staff was kind and professional. Was in and out quickly.

I originally had a promise to replace the heater by American Home Shield using Bestway Mechanical. The "covered" work would cost us over $1700.00. The contractor doubled their "not covered" charges from October 2015 when they replaced the other furnace. After two weeks without heat, and negotiating with the insurance company, we decided to go with an Angie's List provider that had a good rating. I called R. Wiley's offices and got an immediate, friendly answer. They showed up within 2 hours of my call. They gave an excellent estimate, and scheduled the work for an ASAP date. An opening came up to do it even sooner, and they called to offer us an earlier time - before the snow forecast! And, they showed up on time. The work was performed perfectly. Everything was working, cleaned up, tested and perfect before the technicians left our home. I am very happy that I chose R. Wiley to do the work for us. Worth every penny for the peace of mind that the work is done properly and with quality - and, by a company that understands the meaning of excellent customer service. I really felt that they valued doing business with us. Thank you, R. Wiley and Team!!

It was okay. Nothing to brag about. They were here one day last week. There were some recommended additional charges for additional services but I did not take advantage of it. There wasn't much he was doing other than inspecting and looking at my heater furnace. I'm not looking over his shoulder to see if what he is doing is correct or not. There was nothing more that he could have done. I just needed him to do my furnace check to make my home owners insurance valid.

It was fine. He was not on time but wasn't terribly late either. They could have shown up when they were supposed to show up. The price was good for the service they offered.

Went great. It was a switch turned off. He found it.

Robby was great. Our furnace went out late Sunday. I called him Monday afternoon looking for some help. He walked me thru a few solutions even though he had just returned from a Doctor's visit. Super nice guy, very knowledgeable and responsive. We had an appointment scheduled for the following day. However, later in the day, I ended up finding the problem with his help. I left a message and he immediately called me back to discuss. Our family is warm again and very grateful. Than you Robby and Family.

I didn't use the company because they couldn't come out when I needed them. I'm entering the review because even after multiple requests to Angie's lists asking them to stop it from popping up when I log in (since I didn't use them), it continues to pop up. I have been trying to get it removed for 6 months.

Went terribly. When tech arrived he informed me that I had an unusual filter size and that I would need to start purchasing my own filters and have them there for them to install. Said they carry the "standard" sizes, but mine was not one of them. The tech at the initial visit took down my filter size and never told me I had an "unusual" size and would have to supply them myself. He also upsold me on a Freon leak prevention system saying that the system would "never leak again." When I called into the office to speak with Kim about this, she said the tech misinformed me and that it only guaranteed no leaks for ONE SEASON. I told her at that time that I would like to cancel my maintenance plan and I asked if they were on Angie's List. She said yes, and I told her I intended to post of review of my experience. She replied and I quote, "Go right ahead sir and I'll be happy to answer it" before she hung up the phone without getting my details for the refund of my maintenance plan. I attempted to call right back, but she let the phone roll to voicemail. I continued to call until she answered again and she said "Sorry, I must have dropped the phone." She can post whatever she wants in response to this review. I will never do business with this company again. I am also a Realtor in the area and I will no longer be recommending this vendor to my clients.

The folks I have worked with have been very good, they work with me to educate me on what is needed. While I questioned the approximate cost for the capacitor replacement when you can buy it for $25 online, their cost to replace it was better than others I called. After two service calls with them, I hired them for my annual maintenance agreement

Leonard was prompt, very professional, and spent extra time explaining to me everything that he was performing. Overall, he did a great job with the tune up and it was a good experience.

They didn't provide filter as advertised.

The owner did the right thing and authorized the repairs at no cost. I appreciate the fact that he stepped in to make things right. I am hesitant to call them again how ever because of the discrepancy. I don't think that I can trustthe repairmen any longer although the owner was great.

$39 coupon for furnace tune-up. I had purchased a condo and the previous owner was deceased so I had no info on age or service history. There was no "tune up" at all. Guy who came out just looked at the furnace and told me to buy a new one and of couse he could sell me one for $-x thound dollars. (Don't recall amount because I didn't consider purchasing from this company.) He had a filter in his supplies but it was put in by the vent cIeaners who were here. I got a $3 filter and a sales pitch from this "deal". Update: Over 2 years later the furnace is working fine.
