It went smoothly. Diagnosed issue pretty quickly and gave me my options. Unit has worked great since.

Not very well. I bought a voucher from Angie's List. I called these people to do the work and other work as well. They came and did the other work and paid them separately. For the voucher I purchased from Angie's List, they were not able to do it. In part it was because of my fault and in part it was their fault. The technician didn't come with a filter. I asked the technician to come back for the voucher I bought from Angie's List since he had already done a bigger work for the current trip and he told me to discuss the matter with the office and I said okay. However, in the big receipt he prepared for the other work, he put "AL Applied" at the bottom of the page and made me sign. I didn't notice that part. When I called the office, they stated that Angie's List has my money, they don't make much money in this business, so my voucher was applied for the trip fee. I fee mentioned for the first time in the process. I told them I paid what was quoted to me that includes the trip fee when I called and paid accordingly, $175.00. My point is not even on the merit of the argument! Why did the technician decided to cheat by slipping "AL Applied" at the bottom of the receipt in fine print while he had already told me to contact the office to discuss the matter. I never saw it until Angie's List staff pointed it to me. I felt cheated. It was my plan to work with them for a couple more properties. After this, I will never use them again. Dishonest!

no work was done but he did a complete and thorough diagnostic of our 2 a/c systems and provided recommendations for the future. We will definitely use them when we are ready. I appreciated his patience in explaining the issues. Loved the fact that they are a family owned business!

Fantastic. Leonard came as scheduled and replaced the capacitor in the broken unit as well as the one that was on its last legs on the other unit. Very nice and professionally done. You could tell he cared about his work. I would definitely recommend.

Leonard came and ran tests, determine there was a small leak in the Freon, tube, fixed the leak, and refilled the Freon and our unit now works great. Determined that the leak was coming from the condo unit above ours and we contacted maintenance and fixed a leaky sink, and the leak has now stopped. Overall, was very pleased with the service and professionalism.

Had a coupon but was never mentioned - briefly looked at AC Unit & quoted me a price for a new capacitor & Recharge that seemed extremely high - Since I needed it done before the full summer heat set in, I agreed (seemed like he needed the money). Asked about other systems & said he would e-mail/send me the information - To this date, have not received anything. Seemed more anxious to get my money than establishing a long-term customer relationship.

The tech was very friendly and explained something that I could do to make my system more efficient that he could have charged me to do himself. He told me they aren't that kind of company and if they see things that they can advise clients on they do that vs trying to nickel and dime them. I highly recommend these guys.

As always Leonard was on time , professional , explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it . Leonard is a very very knowledgable man . I referred him to my son and daughter in law and they also had him come out and were extremely pleased . They referred him to friends in the neighborhood .

The service went fine. The Big Deal cost of $39 was for the tune-up and they found some repairs that needed to be done. One was under warranty and one was not. I was disappointed because I had my unit serviced every six months for a couple of years and all of a sudden, they are finding these things wrong with it. The bill was going to run up to $400 and I said no. One of them was under warranty which they replaced and then, the other one was just a service, but it was supposed to increase the efficiency of my unit and I went from $85 up to $102. I do not know what they did and I do not know that we will be calling them again, but they turn up it-self with what was quoted.

I like them and use them twice every year. They're nice guys.

That service worked out I thought pretty well in sense of we went along with what the technician said it just needed a filter and he did charge me for another filter because the filter that I have was not the proper filter so we accepted that because we are not a specialist and shortly after that about a week or two after we hear a sound on the A/C and we had another company come out got that one also from Angie I think was omega something another they found another problems with the A/C long story short it finally ended up we had to spend four thousand dollars to put in another A/C unit if the first person came told us what the problem was then we could have prepared for it but it was a bit of we went a month without any air now I would be very honest with you I am a user of angieslist because I found it convenient because I work out state and it is just my wife alone at home so its very convenient tool to have but it's up an down in the sense of for example I didn't really know then that what I am seeing sometimes people from out of state I bought a I don't remember what it was and the gentleman call me back an said I would love to do the job sir but I am in Indianapolis.

The technician took his time to make sure the levels were correct before leaving. He also cleaned the outside of the unit. He was professional and curious. I recommend R Wiley Heating & Air's services to anyone.

He was very punctual, professional, and detailed in his explanation. He was very good.

Luckily, my unit was in pretty good shape, but it's never worked better after the work they did. It sounds great, too! The price was right in line, because I was checking the prices for everything while they were doing it. They also came back out a few weeks later to check on everything, which I appreciated. I hold them in very high regard for the service they gave me.
