Technician determined I needed to replace my unit.

As usual, Rob is very through in his checking and tuning up the system. I believe in preventative maintenance and Rob is my choice.

I ended up purchasing a new HVAC system to replace 20 yr old system. After price shopping, stuck with R Wiley. They gave a competitive price to go with the great customer service/experience. This family owned business does it right.

Great service. Explained clearly what I needed to do to get optimal performance & extend the life of the unit. They offer a yearly service contract & after the second year having them out I decided that it was a good investment & signed up. This is a family owned business & they have the kind of old school integrity & work ethic that I look for in someone that I hire.

Everything was great. I requested him to do some more work, so he is going to come back. I signed up with him to do my regular service cleaning and filter replacements. He was very thorough and he took his time to explain everything to me. That was important to me. He pointed out to me some things that were not done properly. That was good, I needed to know that.

I already had a maintenance contract on my furnace, he was only to tuneup the furnace. I only wanted him to advise me and i would have the maintenance company repair it.

It was fine. They showed up on time, they were nice, they were professional. There was nothing wrong so they didn't fix anything. They did everything I expected them to. There were no additional fees. Interactions with them were fantastic. The work turned out fine. They didn't actually do any work, it was just an inspection. I would tell others that they are fine. $40 seemed very reasonable, I don't know what normal prices are like.

My sister passed away and my house was warm, I had family and friends coming to my house and I wanted them to turn up the air. When they left, my house it felt like a furnace. When they came the house was cool and sufficient. I called them back out they told me it will take about 3-4 days before it gets to the maximum cooling. I had family members coming and I needed them to fix it. It took two weeks before my house start cooling again.

Mr. Wiley worked tirelessly to locate and repair a leak in my HVAC system. Several other companies had tried to service the same system and it was even replaced. R. Wiley was the only company that put in the time and effort needed to complete the repair. The system is working great!
