I have used him now a couple of times and would recommend him for others to use. His prices are very reasonable and he is very accommodating.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal today for R Wiley Heating & Air for $59. After I purchased it I saw that there was another Big Deal for the same service and from the same company for $39. I wanted to receive a refund for the $59. I still may go with the $39 deal with this company, but right now I am going to call other company's for more estimates.

Description of Work: Robbie came out to my home to fulfill my Big Deal purchase, which was for an A/C unit check up and inspection. Upon arrival, one of my units was literally frozen up; he arranged to come back later in the day. When he came back, he thoroughly checked my system. I had a couple of issues with the system that needed to be resolved. In the previous two years, I've had my system serviced three times and in each case the minimal amount of work was done. Robbie thoroughly cleaned filters and other work that was designed to improve the performance and longevity of my system. Ever since, my system has never worked better and gets very cold (how I like it...LOL). I am thoroughly impressed and will definitely use R. Wiley amd Sons again.

Description of Work: I also had difficulty scheduling an appt. A message was left on Friday Afternoon, 5/31, with a scheduling time on 6/5 12-2 PM. I called back late that afternoon to confirm but no one answered the phone. I called again on Saturday Morning at 9 AM and left a messsage saying 6/5 12-2 PM was fine. I received a message later that dfay saying that the time slot was no longer available. Then I became aware of the issue with cleaning not being included even though it's in the ad.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon to get my HVAC tuned up at my rental property. I called Robby who gave me an appointment date for 10 June. A new tenant had just moved in on the 1st. Shortly, after speaking with his office I got a call from my property manager that the air conditioning unit was not cooling. I then called Robby back and asked if he could handle this problem for me, this was on Saturday the 2nd of June. He responded ASAP told me the unit had many problems and really needed to be replaced. After discussing with him my options, I decided to replace the unit it. He returned on Monday to install the unit.
