Service provider showed up to first appointment with all five of her children. It wasn't very professional. Jennifer spent more time talking to my daughter than talking to me about what I needed done. There ended up being a larger mess due to the children playing with the toys and tracking dirt around.

They never showed up. One of them gave us a quote we couldn't afford. The other one was supposed to come back and take a look and she gave us kind of a ball park figure and she was supposed to come back and look and she never came back, never called back, nothing. She didn't come and take a look. My Mom tried to call her, left a message and she never showed up, never called back. The first one was $100 and we are both on Social Security, we can't afford that. And it's not that big a house anyway. The second one said she would come take a look at it, if she could do it for less, and she never showed up. I guess she decided it wasn't worthwhile or whatever, but I mean she could have least returned the message.

It exceeded my expectations and I have scheduled another visit

The owner wasn't there when we arrived. Her 3 cleaning girls showed up on time . The house wasn't dirty, just needed freshening up. floors, baseboards, bathrooms, kitchen etc needed wiping down from dust. vacumn the carpets, clean out cupboards and drawers. That's about it. The owner showed up 2 hrs later. For 3 girls they should have been done by then but were about half done. The owner showed up with her two little kids, and proceeded to let them run all over our house. The walls had just been painted so I asked her to please remove her kids from the house. We paid alot of money to have it painted to let them run all over with dirty hands on walls. She got mad that I told her that and left. Her girls took 5 hrs to clean!!!!! I could have done it myself in 2 hrs!!!!! Plus they didn't do much of anything for being there five hours. The floors and counters were sticky with whatever they used to clean with. I am very unsatisfied with the whole job. And also feel the owner is very unprofessional from start to finish. Even talking with her initially on the phone was difficult because her kids were screaming in the background the whole time, as well as her talking to them while I'm trying to talk to her. This was my first time using Angie's list and I don't think I will use it again after this nightmare experience. Thanks but no thanks. I wish I could have my 275 dollars back, cause I had to go over most of the sticky spots they made with their cleaning solution. I'm sure this won't be addressed any time soon, I just had to get it off my chest in hopes someone else won't have the same experience.

The job was completed in a timely and thorough manner... a truly fantastic performance by "A Transformation Cleaning Services." This house was in an incredible mess and Jennifer and her crew did an awesome job of cleaning out and hauling away all the nasty trash. This is a job I would not have wanted to do myself. I truly cannot sing their praises high enough. I actually joined Angie's List just so I could post this review because they deserve it. Just so you know, I am not a personal friend or relative of anyone at "A Transformation Cleaning Services" and I would not hesitate to use them again if necessary.

The clean the entire at a very competitive price and are hard workers. It's a lot of work but they are always upbeat and very positive.

They are very thorough job and they're dependable. For having someone come in your home, they are very trustworthy, as well. They do a very good job. I'd recommend this company.
