Armor Plumbing

This was the third time i hsve used Armor. Greg came the last two times. He was on time, very friendly and professional. There were some challenges with tub plumbing but Greg made it work. Very pleased with his work. Highly recommend.

I hired a contractor to finish my basement who ended up being a scam (progreso construction LLC) He sub contracted the plumbing job to Armor Plumbing who both appear to be best of friends.we paid for the plumbing rough in and finish and the contractor terminated the project with no reasons given without finishing the job and still yet to get my refund back for incomplete project. We have not received any warranty on the work done thus far and after so many attempts to get this directly from armor plumbing , they avoided my calls and were non responsive . I’m been kept on hold for a long period and they eventually cut off and when I try reaching them back nobody picks up. This is unethical !!!!. I advice anyone out there thinking of using this company to RUN!!!

The gentleman's name was Cameron and he was absolutely the best. He was honest, punctual, knowledgeable and charged us a really fair price for the work we needed done. They had to do an extensive repair and they were able to use an inconspicuous spot to work from. They saved me a lot of money and from having to call another professional. I will be using them in the future if I ever have any plumbing needs. They had really good communication on when they would be arriving and on the follow up after the job was completed.

I cannot say enough good things about Armor Plumbing. When I called for emergency service on a Sunday morning the office staff immediately responded, and sent Austin to take care of the problem. He diagnosed what was causing the blockage and then called for assistance and the necessary additional equipment needed to fix the problem. I am so very pleased with everything they did. They are beyond professional in every way. I highly recommend Armor Plumbing.

They responded immediately even though it was a holiday(Labor day).They said they will come between 8 and 9, but delayed due to an emergency and they called promptly and came in and took care of it in a very professional and diligent manner. Very smooth and seamless experience, I am very happy with their service and intend to use them for all my future plumbing needs. A broken sewage pipe in the back yard was the reason for the service call. While that was an issue, it was not the root cause of the problem. Armor Plumbing arrived on time, assessed problem areas and repaired them efficiently. Initial assessment performed by Tim, with a camera scan confirmed his thought that the likeliest cause of the problem was the primary sewage line from the house was not draining properly. There was a waviness in the pipe allowing it to clog easily and this in turn caused the backup into the secondary sewage line in the backyard. Tim, Roger and Ben returned the next day with a tracked backhoe to dig up the main sewage line from the house. As that line was being uncovered, the waviness that Tim had indicated the day before was very evident and from peak to trough was equal to or exceeded the drain pipe diameter. That line was replaced from the cleanout at the house to the junction point with the county sewer system, then it was on the back yard. Repairs were made to the secondary sewage line when Ben noted an issue with the sump pump electrical connection for the secondary sewage line. He corrected the electrical connection issue and the system was tested before covering the repairs. I had expected this to be a multi-day repair once the full extent of the issues were realized but Armor Plumbing stayed on the job until it was completed, making it a long day for them. The equipment used was well selected, the backhoe was large enough to dig the several feet deep for the primary sewage line but not so large that it damaged the lawn, the camera system had enough length and resolution that it could note all the problem areas in the sewage lines and they had a wide selection of hand tools and specialty shovels that aided their ability to work efficiently. This was a major repair job and considering the time spent on the job, the cost of materials and equipment used along with other business overhead expenses, I thought the price charged was very reasonable. Based on this repair, I would not hesitate to recommend Armor Plumbing to others.

Honest Plumber. Had two plumbers comes out to look at my failed pump. First company said it was a failed float switch and it would cost $600. Daniel from Armor Plumbing came out and said the float switch was simply stuck because some debris fell on it. It started to work. Ran three cycles. No problem. No charge. They did give me a price just in case. $325. I think I just found my go to plumber for all my other facilities throughout Atlanta.

They were really responsive. In both cases they came out the next day. the pricing is very reasonable and the workers are very professional, Highly recommended and I would definitely use them again.

When they came in they did a good job of removing the old water heaters and replacing it with the new one. I have recommended Armor to several other people and overall I was pleased with the services.
