My house had to be stripped and all siding replaced. Windows had to be repaired. Everything was painted. Gutters were installed to help prevent future problems. All was done within a week. It was amazing. Lawson created an easy, smooth experience and was essential for my virtually stress-free experience. My overall costs were fair and reasonable unlike some estimates I got beforehand. I will definitely use PeachState Properties again.

Overall positive experience, work was done and beyond expectations! Tim was fantastic! Only issues were 1. Language barrier, my wife speaks Spanish so it was not much of a barrier and 2. Time to complete was longer (5-6 days) than originally quoted. This was due to not having enough tile. Overall very positive first experience worth a remodel!

Went great. Installer was professional but very courteous. He worked around the carpet cleaners that were also here at the same time. Great service, beautiful floors.
