Sales guy went out to my home, told me about all of their certifications. Gave me a quote said they would be out in a week or two. Then the owner got out to the house and didn't appear to be happy with the price as if it was to low (2000 higher for exact same materials) he then told me it was going to be 300.00 extra so I didn't have to recycle materials. (felt paper was on the original quote). The same sales guy was with him that said they do only high end roofs. Then I got a call 12 hours before they were supposed to start 7pm on a Sunday night, I was advised they had a bigger job that paid more and they would have to delay. Due to setting them self so far behind and bad weather it got up to 4 plus weeks. Got another Sunday night call from the owner who advised me "You can get mad if you want but we are not going to be out until the weather clears up." (That week not one day of over 20% chance). Not very good service.
