Description of Work: We have a home warranty and he was assigned to come out. Took our $100 deductible and didn't hear from him for two weeks. The home warranty replaced our stove and dishwasher and paid him to install and he is unreachable again. They reassigned to Sears, but we have to wait two weeks for installation.
