I call after hours to leave a voicemail with hopes that I'd get a response the next morning. I received a call that night and he was at my house the first thing the next morning. He fixed the faucet in no time and we were back to normal. Thank you!!! I will certainly call this service again.

They were prompt whenever I call them, very professional and very nice. He came right on with no delay. I loved their job. I would most definitely use them again in the future.

I paid a bit more than first explained, but my home is an older home - with old plumbing. The repair was done promptly and remains in perfect working condition. Mr. Phillips was prompt and professional. I've paid other contractors to fix the leaking faucet, but the repair only lasted a few months. I highly recommend Do It Right Plumbing!

While I was at work, the plumber came out and gave my wife an estimate, and to his credit, did not charge us for the estimate even though he had to travel about 13 miles. It was more of an open-ended estimate because he said it shouldn't cost more than $200 and he charges $100 per hour. After I got home and talked with my wife, we were concerned we might be stuck if it took longer or he had to go get parts in town. I called and asked him if while he was working and did not have the right part, would he charge us by the hour still while he drove into town and back. I thought it was a fair question. He blew up at me. He was offended that I dared to ask a simple yes or no question and harped on the fact that he gave a free estimate, as if that should make it okay for me to leave an open window to run the bill up. He berrated me for about a minute and after he finished, I explained to him, I thought it was a fair question. He got even madder and told me he just would not do the job now, as if he were the only plumber available. I was set back that someone would act so childish over a simple question. I thank the Lord that we found his true nature out before he started doing the work though. My advice is to stay far away from this business.
