The guys at Metal-Con were great to work with. They were very flexible and casual, and the results were exactly what I had hoped for. DeRon started the process with initial designs using AutoCAD, and together we refined the plan until it balanced what I wanted with what I was willing to spend. Once we reached an agreement, I made a small deposit to start everything and they quickly ordered the necessary materials to begin the work. I was very comfortable with the financial arrangements, because it was clear from the start that they had much more of their money on the line (with all the metal and parts they ordered) than I did with the small deposit. My land needed clearing for the building, and even though there was no formal agreement as to who would do that, DeRon seemed more than happy to work with me to make it happen. He delivered his bulldozer to the site and after some quick lessons, I was soon pushing dirt around. He would drop by for a few hours every once in a while to make sure everything was going OK, and because I think he really enjoyed driving the bulldozer. (He didn't want me to have all the fun.) All of the guys at Metal-Con (DeRon, Chris, Scott; I hope I got their names right) made sure the project kept moving along. They coordinated all the other contractors and obtained the necessary permits and inspections for the foundation and plumbing. Since I can do electrical work, I decided to do that myself, and they were fine with that. Even after the project was completed and I had given them the final check, they still came by to check on everything and perform a final clean-up. I'm confident that they'll be around if I need anything. If you're thinking about putting up a metal building, you should definitely give Metal-Con a call.

Great they were great, beautiful job. The group of guys got right to it was done in no time at all. T/hey can't came to do job early. Then thought. Left perfectly clear area.
