Description of Work: Re-screened back porch and replaced two screen doors. Repairs water rot in several places. Repaired/replaced front porch support and railing due to water rot. Renovated master and one other bathroom and did misc jobs inside house.

They came to look at our proposed site for the carport, and after discussion on the best way to do it, emailed us a quote. Communication between us was very good. They did a great job, and they have followed up in fixing any problems we have had since the work was finished. They are decent, honest people that we could trust. Eric and Dave are also very creative contractors who came up with some great ideas for our new home. When they tore out the walls in our bathroom, they thought of how to change the layout so that we could have an ensuite bath. They have many years of experience building homes and had lots of practical suggestions. We also got them to subcontract other remodeling jobs in the house, from putting on a new roof to changing the heat / air conditioning system. They have a high standard for their subcontractors, and we were very pleased with all the work Anderson Homes Services did on our new home.
Description of Work: We contracted them to replace our old windows with vinyl windows, put in pull-down attic stairs, frame a few walls, and add on a carport to our house. The work they did for the car port included tearing off a ramp up to the deck, pouring concrete, building new steps up our deck, building the structure of the carport, roofing, and finishing it up with vinyl soffit.
