Poor customer service. Completed part of the job. Lack of understanding customer needs of the job. Poor price options, lack of price negotiation. Leaves impression that does not prioritize the needs of the customer. Overall poor experience. Do not recommend.

Team showed up on time and completed project in timely manner.

Allen assured me that the city would pick up the 28 heavy plastic bags he left on my curb, although I insisted they would not. He reassured me that other clients had similar bags removed by the city, so I relented. Of course, the next collection day, trucks rolled right past my yard waste and refused to pick it up. I had to have the bags removed because Allen had misled me, then dared ask for $100 to come complete the job, Their work is adequate; their work ethic and business model are abhorrent.

Allen and I spoke and he gave me an estimate for the cleanup of leaves and limb pickup in my front and back yard. After getting a cheaper rate which I should?ve gone with I decided to use Allen because he stated you want it done correctly and yes I did. After completing the job I went to check and there were still plenty of leaves left in the yard. I asked him was he going to come back to pick up he stated , ?No, that was not apart of the original price.? Well why not when I asked for the entire yard to be cleaned. I also sent a video of the work I wanted done which lays out what I needed done. He then tells me if I think he was going to clean my full yard for only $$$ I?m crazy. Him and I had a whole phone conversation as well when he first gave me the estimate and I let him know a tree had fallen and to just clean up around that. He then proceeded tell me that these were not leaves when I?m clearly looking and picking up leaves. Professionalism and communication was terrible. As I stated to him if you were only going to clean my yard up to a certain point then that should?ve been stated when giving me the estimate because I asked for a full yard clean up.. I will not be recommending or using them. And then as I look in the big dumpster for bagged leaves I don?t see any just the limbs ? so where are the leaves?! They are not even on my street. Maybe they are blown in the corner with the other leaves that were left.

They had some scheduling issues but eventually worked them out. Once they came they did good work.

This company was supposed to do aerating & seeding for me today and they didn't show up. H claimed they had cancelled jobs for the Thanksgiving holiday and had notified everyone, not me! I had mowed twice, watered, marked sprinkler heads, I am 77 and this was a major inconvenience for me.

Time wasnt an issue, I really did not care what time he came. But when he got there he didnt introduce himself, since he pulled up in a home depot rental truck that would have been nice. He started on my front yard and then completed that. luckily I was home because I saw him packing up without doing my backyard and I had to race outside to show him texts of him saying front and back. also was not happy with the size of the plug of the areation nor did I see fertilizer on the lawn, I had to come and fertilize again myself. I just was not happy with the overall experience. would not recommend

He came on time, texted me when he was on the way and did an excellent job. I will hire him next year for core areation.
