+ -1 moreJeff Prescott the Sales Manager gave us a prompt quote and also alerted us that a window in that location should now be tempered glass according to GA code. Even with the upgrade to tempered glass, their quote was only $6 higher than Home Depot and they were able to arrange installation for $250 plus materials. The custom-order window and insert arrived within the promised time frame and I was worried about installation, because Window Concepts' main installer had just started a large commercial job that was expected to take him full time for 2-3 months. Jeff came out to view the actual job and then found someone else to install for me within a week. The two-man crew arrived as promised, purchased materials I requested. I wanted exterior trim done with PVC rather than wood. They cleaned their job site VERY well.
Description of Work: We custom-ordered an Anderson awning-style window for above the garden tub in our master bath, which is on the second story of our home. We also ordered an art glass insert for the window and asked to have the window installed. We had originally planned to order from Home Depot, but discovered that they don't provide installers for the Anderson windows displayed in their stores, so we'd have to handle installation as a separate contract with someone. We then approached Window Concepts, so we could purchase the window WITH installation.
