I am pleased with this company and the work they do, mainly because I have a yearly contract and don't even have to think about the treatments of the yard. They send out the people to do what needs to be done, apparently from the lush look of my yard, at all the proper times. They are polite and courteous and I have never had a problem with them. I pay them once a year.

TruGreen was very professional. They knew what they were doing and knew how to get it done. They have my lawn looking perfect each time. They are a great company to trust your lawn with.

We pay them per visit and they show up on time every time. Everything is done correctly and they keep our yard looking very neat and clean. I am happy with their work so I would recommend them to others.

We had dark green spots on our yard and then zig zags going across after they sprayed. When the workers came out, they said they couldn't see the discoloration. They came back and used pellets to fertilize. There were big brown spots on my grass and they killed or damaged some of my shrubs.

They treat the lawn every month it seems. They tell you they come out every six weeks, but they really come every month. It is almost never the same guy that treats the lawn and you have to keep telling new people what to do. I paid in advance and they took my money but didn't do all the visits.

They are reliable when it comes to the visits to do the job. When it comes to trying to get a call back they are a little slow.

Overall, this company does a poor job. My neighbors have other treatment services and their lawns are always weed free. For the last couple years we have complained about nuts-hedge in our lawn. We called to complain. They came out and sprayed some blue treatment in spots. Where they sprayed it did a great job. Everywhere else we still have nuts-hedge. We keep thinking we need to switch companies. Everytime we call to cancel they talk us in to letting them fix it. I wish they would just do it right the first time.

I specifically hired the company to eradicate weeds in my lawn. After a few treatments and the weeds were growing stronger than ever probably due to the fertilizer, the company kept telling me that it takes several applications. I called a few applications later to inform them that the weeds are not going away, they said maybe they will in a few more applications. What a scam!

I still preferred hiring smaller company to do the job, I do not like waiting in line when calling customer service and busy schedule due to their volume of customers.

MY PROBLEM WAS, THAT I DIDN'T SEE A DIFFERENCE IN THE LAWN AND MY NEIGHBOR'S LAWN. I FEEL LIKE I PAID MONEY, BUT I DIDN'T SEE A DIFFERENCE. I DIDN'T SEE THE RESULTS. THAT'S WHY I BACKED OUT OF THE DEAL.

IT'S BEEN SATISFACTORY. WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED THEM, THEY RESPONDED PROMPTLY, AND THEY'RE BEEN TIMELY EVERY SINCE. MY YARD LOOKS GREAT. I THINK OVERALL, THEY'VE PROVIDED THE SERVICE I'VE EXPECTED THEM TO.

The service was painless. The truck would arrive, do the work approximately every 6 weeks to 2 months, and leave a bill. The result was a better lawn when compared to a neighbor who did their own maintenance.

Service was for the control of weeds and the area included in the treatment was for the front, side, and back yards. We were not present when this service was performed, however we did see results after treatment.

I have used this company since 1999 and have been very much satisfied with their overall service and performance. I have, and will continue to recommend this company to friends.

PROGRAM PROVIDES 8 TREATMENTS A YEAR AT $60 EACH TREATMENT. PRICE SHOPPED AND FOUND SERVICE FROM $40 TO $80 FOR 6 TO 8 TREATMENTS. SERVICE HAS BEEN LESS THAN SATISFACTORY. SELDOM CALL BEFORE COMING TO THE HOUSE. TECH TOLD ME MOST WEEDS WOULD BE GONE IN 14-21 DAYS. DID NOT HAPPEN. TWICE CALLED BACK FOR RE-TREATMENT OF THE WEEDS AND THEY ARE ONLY NOW SHOWING RETREAT. THE ISSUE (AS I TOLD THE AREA MANAGER) IS FOR TECHNICIANS TO TELL ME THE TRUTH ABOUT TIME IT TAKES TO RID THE LAWN OF WEEDS. NOT AN OVERLY OPTIMISTIC TIME (IF YOU TELL ME 3 WEEKS, I WILL CALL YOU AT 4 WEEKS IF NOT COMPLETED TO MY SATISFACTION!) 2 FOLLOW-UP VISITS (NO CHARGE) TO ADDRESS MY DISSATISFACTION. CURRENTLY IN A ''WAIT AND SEE'' MODE AS AREA MANAGER NOW SAYS 2-4 MONTHS TO RID LAWN OF WEEDS. CENTIPEDE FINALLY STARTING TO GREEN LAWN.

COMES BY WHEN APPLICATION IS NEEDED. ANY PROBLEM AND THEY COME BACK PROMPTLY.

PRICES WERE GREAT AND THEY WERE ON TIME.

THEY FERTILIZED AND PUT WEED KILLER ON MY LAWN. IT COST ME THE SAME TO DO IT MYSELF AND THIS SAVES ME TIME.
