Ist of all the 2 Systems in [Members Name] Home where not originally installed by my company. [Members Name] called me because the original installer from another company would not call her back. 1st visit I went out for a service call had to charge upstairs unit with 4lbs. Freon because it was low on R-22 Freon. 2nd visit She called the main level unit wasn't working, The THV Valve Busted I replaced it under warranty & only charged for Freon $35 lb( trying to help her out). [Members Name] called again 3rd visit main level system not working again and reversing valve busted, I replaced entire outside Heatpump under warranty did not charge for Freon just labor $300. [Members Name] called again 4th visit out replaced Coil on upstairs system (again that I did not originally install)l I Did Not Charge for Coil just for Freon and Labor. 5th visit out [Members Name] had a power surge at her home the Original Installer of System installed the wrong AMP Fuse which caused the electrical system to short so I replaced Blower Motor, Circuit Board, & Transformer on Mainlevel 5 Ton Airhandler. 6th visit I went to [Members Name] home and I replaced the Heat Strips which shorted out on Main level, I did not charge. When her Coil on the 5 Ton main level unit went out I replaced it under warranty and the only thing i was going to charge her was for Freon. Just to remind you I did not Install these 2 Systems, I was trying to help them out, I have known [Members Name] Mom & Dad for many years and have installed systems and when they have problems with their HVAC I'm the guy they call I was just out there last week. I am a small business and customer service is important to me, this is any example of you just can not satisfy some people. I did alot of work on a systems that I did not install, that was still under warranty and I tried to help because you could not get in contact with the original company, and to get this kind of review is a slap in the face in my opinion.
