Wow, what a nightmare!!! I was harassed beyond belief daily to order (you'd think that would send me screaming in another direction!) I finally ordered (or thought I did) and hired an installer for 3 weeks later. 2.5 week later, no wood! I emailed to find out what was going on only to hear that I signed the form for financing, but not to actually place the order, yet my GE Money Bank account was charged $8000! I think the product was on b/o, so they said nothing in order to not loose my business. I was told that the product would be available the following week. I stated in no uncertain terms that they were not to order at that point (I was about to leave the country for 10 days). I received an email indicating that my order was in the warehouse and ready to ship. I said to refund my money immediately and there would be no order. My calls were ignored from that point on and the (almost 2k worth) of trim showed up in my front porch. I had FedEx return that order and contacted GE Money Bank that we had a case of fraud. Fortunately, GE Money Bank got right on it and got my money credited within approx. 30 days with no finance charges. Thank you GE Money!

They were excellent. They were prompt and tidy. They were the low bid and they did an excellent job. It was great.

We shopped around a lot for flooring and found that Simple Floors offered the lowest prices. In fact, no competitor even came close to the price that they offered us. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase through Simple Floors.
