I don’t think they took very long, maybe one hour. When they came here for the estimate, I just showed them which trees need to be cut and the next thing I know is they came here and did the job, when I wasn’t home so I just mailed them a check. They did a good job. Obviously the boss that came here for the estimate remembered all the things I told him to and his guys did all that. The price is reasonable. They did it within the promised timeline.

It was great. They did a really good job. It was the first time I've used them. He came out when he said he would. He was prompt. He did what he said he was going to do. He charged me what he said he was going to charge. I thought they had fair pricing. I would recommend them. I compared their price to everybody and they're an A. I told them just to leave exactly this much stump. It's very unusually shaped and they did exactly what I told them. They'd be the first one I'd call.

I think they did a fairly good job. I wouldn't probably classify it as like exceptional or anything. I found somebody else that I am using. This was a service that was done a couple of years ago.

Sesmas Tree Service provided service for me a long time ago. They didn't do the work they said they were going to do. They didn't complete the job that they said they were going to complete.

They did a good job. I'm going to probably call them again to have some more trees taken down but I have not yet. They did a good job of educating me about like the science behind some of the best ways to take care of trees and not to come in and top them and be done with it. They were really knowledgeable about what they were doing. This spring, I was planning on calling them back to take some more branches down.

The service from Sesmas Tree Service was fine. I am sure the trees looked fine when they were done, I am in California, not in the house that they worked on in Georgia. I haven't received any complaints. He was pretty good at the responsiveness.

Gray is a highly accessible and responsive representative. When he provided his estimate, I was furnished with a coherent estimate, as well as Sesma's certification of liability of insurance, which is essential for this type of work. On the day of the work, Sesma's crew arrived at the appointed time and completed the job much sooner that I expected. The manner in which the work was conducted was methodical and professional. It was apparent that Sesma places a high value on worker safety. I was able to add a couple items to the original scope of work without any disruption to the completion schedule. Most importantly, Sesma's pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely use Sesma again.

We had some large trees in our front yard that were overgrown. Our grass wasn't growing under them, they were growing closer to the house, and we were concerned about underground utilities potentially disrupting our service. We did not want damage to our home from squirrels or busted water pipes. The crew arrived and promptly went to work. All debris (even small branches and twigs) were removed. What was most impressive about about the crew was their detail to safety and courtesy. When a school bus stopped in front of our home to drop some kids off, the crew all stopped what they were doing until the kids were off the bus and away from the area. It was a pleasure working with Gray. He was prompt, polite, and very proud of his team. They were quick and thorough with the job!

We were very pleased with Sesmas. They were prompt on all appointments from the consultation to the cleaning up. The job was complete in 2 days as planned and the workers were very diligent. We will use Sesmas again in the future to remove more trees in other areas of our property.

They were very nice and performed service well. The tree was near power lines and was brought down cleanly. They cleaned up well after. Would definitely use again.

They were quick to come and give me an proposal. They did the work promptly and were in and out in short order. There was no damage to the property and there could have been. The tree was very close to the house. Definitely suggest you use them.

When I heard about the company from a co-worker, I called to schedule a free estimate. I was greeted by a receptionist who stated someone would call me within 30 mins to set up an appt. I did not hear from anyone until the following morning while I was at work. I was contacted around 930 a.m. EST from an employee who stated he was on the way to my house. I explained to employee that I had not been contacted; however, I could leave work and meet him. Employee stated he would arrive in approx. 30 mins. After I arrived home, I waited for almost 2 hours. I had contact the employee twice to inquire of a time and had response. As I left to go back to work, the employee called and apologized for the miscommunication. He had contacted myself thinking I was another client in a different county. We rescheduled to meet another day. On the day of the tree removal, everyone arrived promptly and ready to work. Everyone was friendly and they had the job done in a decent amount of time.

On Thursday, May 15, I called requesting an estimate. Maria, the representative, told me a tree specialist would be calling me in the next 30 minutes to schedule a time and speak to me. No one ever called me. On Friday, May 16, I called back and explained to Maria that no one called me about an estimate. She apologized and told me that she would have the tree specialist call me in the next 30 minutes to schedule an estimate. Maria also told me that she would make sure to call me later that afternoon to make sure someone got into contact with me. No one ever called, the tree specialist never called, Maria never called. I was disappointed because I had read positive things about this company, yet no one ever called me to set up an estimate. I appreciate that Maria apologized, but I thought it was unprofessional to promise me the same thing and offer to call herself to make sure someone called me, and again no one called.

Sesmas was great start to finish. Gray provided a very competitive quote. It is really hard to want to do it yourself when you see these guys in action. They use the best tools on the market, have the skill, work fast and efficiently, and clean up. The whole process was completed in under an hour. Wonderful job and I will use them again in the future.

I had Sesmas Tree service remove several trees from my property that were leaning towards my home and also my neighbors home and also drop a couple trees on my property behind our home that had died. They also removed the stumps a few days later at my request. I was very concerned about the trees leaning in towards our home and our neighbors home and sure didn't want to think about someone's home getting damaged. The guys at Sesmas not only did everything in a very professional manner and cleaned up when they finished. Grey Kelly was very professional from start to finish: easy to contact, provided estimates in a timely manner, scheduled the work, and his team was here when scheduled. It was a huge job and its a big relief for us. I have forwarded their information to others in our HOA.

Due to my conflicting schedule (volunteering and spring break vacation), and lots of rain, it took 28 days to get the work done. However, the Supervisor kept in touch over that time to keep me posted. The trees were trimmed about six to eight feet above the lowest growth. The work was done in about an hour and all the cuttings removed. Ultimately, I was very happy with their work.

Everything went great. They came to do an estimate the same day I called. They were very knowledgeable and made some helpful recommendations. Once we decided to use them, they were able to schedule the work within two weeks. The crew that did the work was excellent. They were very courteous and polite, showed up on time and worked hard the whole time they were here, and were able to remove the trees and limbs with almost no impact to the surrounding shrubs and the grass. They were very attentive and did exactly what we wanted. And they cleaned everything up and left our yard looking great. We will definitely use them again for any tree needs we have in the future.

Office responded immediately to my Angie's list inquiry. Quick on site estimate. He was very knowledgeable about the trees on my property. He was patient and took the time to answer my questions. The service team who arrived as scheduled, removed over 20 med. - large trees. The men arrived early and worked throughout the full day to do my job. All logs were chipped and or hauled away by the end of the work day.The cleanup was better than pre-work. They went beyond contract and did some trimming for me. Their price was more than fair as I got two other estimates. No property damage and I checked they were fully insured. I have a few more trees that will be removed as soon as I can budget for them. I will definitely use Sesmas again. I highly recommend Sesmas Tree Service.

Gray came out quickly and did an excellent job...and to think of how many years we went just hoping that one of these trees would not fall on the house- looking at the ugly dead wood, because we never thought we could afford this job. I will never hesitate to call this company again.

Set a time. Came at said time. Work was completed very quickly. Clean up was fantastic.

These guys are absolutely phenomenal. All of the work above was completed in about 20 minutes. With a crew of six extremely hard working and knowledgeable men, my front and back yard was transformed right before my eyes. The foremen was very nice and personable. All of the crew greeted me with smiles and nods of "hello" as they went about their business. Having priced out other tree services, their price was pleasingly low. It's so nice to know that there are still people out there who are not out to rip you off. For me, there is NO other tree service...all future work that I need done in regards to cutting, clearing and pruning will be done by Sesma's Tree Service!
