Appeared to be too rushed. Didn't take time to explain about diseases and why trees were dead or dying and the impact this was having on remaining trees. Appeared to be in a hurry and not attentive to my questions about what type work I required. Did not provide any info on how to care for the remaining trees to protect them from disease and damage. All of this information and more was provided by a certified arborist from another company who gave a first estimate.

They told me a time, but then were an hour late, so I called and another gentleman (the owner) was out to my house within 15 minutes. They took down the trees the next day, without any problems

Showed up on time to give estiamte. Price was competative with other and I had a recommendation from a neighbor so I decided to use them. The tree crew showed up a day earlier than expected and removed the tree. I would have like to have been there but was unable since they did not come on the scheduled day. I'm not sure if the individual that wrote up the order was on-sight since I was not there but crew did not trim all the limbs off the other tree. They did come back to complete the job and in the end everything was great. The tree was removed, other tree was trimed, all debris was halled away and the stumps ground.

Great! Prompt, provided the needed service and cleaned up afterward.

Service went great, and the job was done quickly! Gray, the site manager, was professional and took the time to listen to my needs. He communicated regularly leading up to the job and was present while the work was being performed. The Bradford Pear and Maple were on a hill with a steep incline. Although the slope posed a challenge (including the finished retainer wall), the team successfully met all my requirements. After the work was completed, the debris was removed, shredded, and hauled away.

I needed a tree cut down that was way too close to the house and shed purple berries of some kind that stained the patio. They were professional on the phone and did a quick professional job in cutting down the tree. It was in a difficult location to get to. They cleaned up quite well. My only snag was in communications between the initial call and the service date. I seemed to have fallen through the cracks and it was during the busy August season. But it was only a couple weeks delay. And they apologized profusely. I would use them again.

I had a second experience with Sesmas Tree Service. Not only did their original work meet and exceed my expectation but I was very pleased with how they followed through on their additional commitments. This makes it even more likely that I will use them again in the future.

I stumbled across them 2 years ago, because they were doing work in my area. I asked them for estimates and they were reasonable priced. Noel came out and he gave me the estimate and I was having them remove a tree that was near our property. Their prices were competitive so we went with them. They came out and they suggested that we leave the house while they were working. They showed up on time and called to let us know when they were finished. Everything was cleaned up when they were done. They were insured and provided me with copies too. It was a pleasure to work with them and they did superb job.

These guys did an absolutely great job. When I called early in the morning to authorize the work, Noel said they could do it that afternoon. I said, "Wonderful, let's do it!" Juan and his crew arrived exactly when they were scheduled and immediately got to work. I was able to communicate perfectly with Juan (unlike many other contractor's foremen) which made things go even more smoothly. They quickly, safely and efficiently removed all the trees and left the yard and driveway cleaner than it had been before they arrived. It took them less than an hour from the time they pulled into my driveway until they time they left and they did exactly what the job required. The cost was competitive with the other estimates I had gotten--not the cheapest and not the most expensive--which is exactly what I was looking for. The next time I need tree work done, I will definitely call Sesmas Trees.

They did a great job trimming back two out of control trees in my small front yard. Communication was a bit of an issue but they did a good job at a more than fair price.

Sesmas Tree Service answered my call and immediately scheduled an estimate. I didn't have to play phone tag or track them down like several other tree service providers. The owner came out and immediately offered an estimate. It was the best price of the three estimates I received so it was an easy decision for me and my wife. The team came out on the day we scheduled the service, it wasn't the best of weather but the crew did an EXCEPTIONAL job and left my yard cleaner then it was before the service. I would recommend Sesmas Tree Service to anyone in the greater Atlanta area for their excellent work.

I contacted Sesmas because of the good reviews on Angie's list and was very pleased to meet with their estimator at my home. He was helpful, knowledgeable and confident - but not pushy. He walked with me around my entire yard, offering advice and answering questions. He was very professional about the job, giving what I believed to be a good estimate for the removal of the trees, which I accepted on the spot. He also recommended that I consider removing a large oak tree in the front yard due to its shape, proximity to the house and some rot. Unfortunately, I did not have the cash to add this to the work order right away, but will not hesitate to use them if I decide to remove this tree in the future. He spoke to me about the additional work only once - no pressure. The work was done while I was out of town, so I don't really know how big a mess it was. The site was returned to order for the most part, but I suspect that it was a war zone taking down that many trees. Fence was slightly damaged, some pavers broken, and my already muddy yard, (part of the reason for taking out trees to let in light to grow grass in the fall), was pretty muddy. I appreciate very much that they were able to do so much work with minimal impact to the yard.

They were totally efficient, reliable--showing up the very next day from giving quote--and did a teriffic job of cleaning up yard and cleaning up after themselves. They gave a lover quote than someone else that I called for the same problem from Angie's List and they gave me the Angie's List discount, as promised. I definitely will call them back in the future for removing and trimming trees.

After getting two astronomical estimates from other companies (one was priced at $5,400 and the other at $3,400), we were very pleased with the estimate we got from Sesmas. Overall, we were pleased with the work they did, but there were some delays along the way. I will give them the benefit of the doubt due to the rain and because they did keep us informed most of the time, but the stump grinding did happen a few days late and some of the smaller debris lingered in our yard for a few days beyond the original schedule as well. Gray was our salesperson and was quite helpful. We would hire them again.

He was very professional and courteous. The reason I went with someone else was because they could do it the next day and the price was slightly lower.

They removed trees that were a concern to me Rather quickly. They were punctual. They were very professional and the job was done quickly to my satisfaction. They also made sure all was cleaned up when done which I appreciated. I would definitely call them again and give them referrals.

Sesmas Tree Service LLC We did use them. It was about a month ago or something like that. It was good. It was pretty good, the price was good, they did it when they said they were going to do it, and they did a good job, I was very happy with them. They charged around $5-600.

I was pleased with the work completed by the workers trimming the trees. The gentleman who came out to give me a quote was a disappointment. I told him I was new to the area and totally dependent on his expertise on what trees needed to be trimmed and how much each should be trimmed. He did a good job in the front yard but discouraged any trimming in back yard. In retrospect and after talking with long time residents, I feel he gave me bad information.

They were very responsive and punctual. The price was less than 1/2 of the other quote I got from a competitor. A few of the pieces they left were a little long - but it was 6:30 on a Friday night and they probably wanted to go home. Overall, pretty satisfied.

The crew was unable to show up on the day we had initially scheduled, but we were able to reschedule for later date. Once the crew was onsite, they were professional and courteous. They pruned all of the limbs we requested, and even took care of a few extra requests. Once they finished in the front yard, they cleand up the debris very well - it was hard to see they had been there. We did have a bit of a miscommunication in the back yard, and one tree that was supposed to be heavily pruned away from the house was actually removed. I spoke to the Foreman on the phone, and he apologized for the miscommunication with the crew. He also arranged to have the stump ground down at no additional charge, so that we could replant in that area. All in all we were happy with the results, and would hire Sesman's again and recommmend them.

Company was prompt and hard working. Did all that was instructed. I would highly recommend them!

Everything went well from beginning to end. Finding good service providers who are not a ripoff and who do a good and complete job has been very difficult, so this company was a welcomed relief. I chose them over someone with a lower estimate because I sensed reliability, competence, etc. It was very interesting to watch them as they went about cutting down the trees; my granddaughter loved it too. Very nice people as well! I would certainly use them again and refer them to others. I actually learned about them through referral from a neighbor's friend.

They did extremely well and their prices are excellent. They are courteous, professional, timely, and clean up very well.
