My movers were very friendly, organized, and easy to work with. I had stairs at my new apartment and even though it added more time, they did not complain. My scheduler even called and asked about my experience and what might make it better next time. I would definitely hire them if I move again.

Excellent movers. They had to carry my sofa up the stairs when it wouldn’t fit on the elevator. Did a wonderful job.

We hired them to move a Steinway piano and the movers came totally unprepared for the move. Just two men with no equipment. They did the move without any damage to the piano. However the owner of the company contacted me after the move and explained that there was a mixup and due to some rescheduling the wrong crew was sent. He was very gracious and compensated me for the mixup. I would use this moving company again in the future.

Gave all measurements and weights for items needing moved in great detail. Was told the work would be done. Mover showed up and could not complete job due to weight restrictions on items. Customer is very dissapointed.

We actually hired them twice, once to unload our pods into the garage since we were having remodeling done, then to move everything from the garage into the house. We had two different crews and both were wonderful! Very professional and friendly. They were super careful with all of our belongings and were sure to place things exactly where we wanted them. They worked efficiently and finished in record time. If we need moving services again, we will be calling Sebastian Moving. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
