S & C HVAC/SAMMY SIU

My landlord sent Sammy Siu to fix a leak in my Ac unit. On his third trip to fix it, Sammy brought his teenaged son. My Ac unit is in the basement which is my daughters bedroom. His son stole my laptop off my daughters dresser along with two unopened google play gift cards. I would not recommend doing business with Sammy Siu.

I scheduled an appointment the day before thanks to recommendation by a friend. He is very busy since the weather just got cold this week and a lot of order waited for him. Sammy came on time and gave the diagnosis in a couple minutes. I know he gave the correct diagnosis since I have tried to repair myself and have an idea what went wrong. The gas valve has problem and if you pressed on it, it actually started working a bit. He gave me two options, replace the valve only or replace both valve and circuit board. The cost difference is very small since the replacement part for old valve is expensive. I let me replace the whole things and it took more than 2 hours and over his estimate but he didn't charge more. Now everything is working fine again and the house is warm.

I'm happy with this company because they came in and did what they had to do, got the problem fixed, and now my air conditioner works great. They didn't charge me that much and so far I have not had any problems with the unit.
