Removed 5 Azalea Bushes and transplanted three that were over 20 years old. Did a great job, easy to work with, on time and worked hard.

These guys are great and went way above and beyond. We are looking to use them for future in our home. Waiting to finalize the contract We have with a current vendor who is not good at all.

They did miss a few spots in the front yard while mowing and it was noticeable and I even had a visitor mention it to me.

The plan was useful for the project intended. I could not afford to use Pro-Green to execute it fully, though I think their pricing is in line with other similar services. However, the plan they provided was sufficient for me to use as a blueprint for doing the work myself over time. Since I used Pro-Green only for their planning services, I have no way to judge the quality of their installation services.

The Pro-Green Landscaping team arrived on time. They asked what we wanted done and then worked steadily for the duration of the visit. They cleaned the yard of all pruning debris and left the yard in great condition. They notified me before they left so I could inspect the work. They will be on the top of my list for similar work in the future.

They did a good job. They never confirmed when they were coming, and one day they were out there working, without even asking what we wanted done.

I decided not to go with the plan/company. They had some nice ideas but it did not match my needs at the moment. I suppose I could always call them back to make changes to the plan. Just make sure you clearly communicate what you want or don't want.

The service was just okay. Part of the crew was late, so I think it took longer than it should have.

Despite some initial miscommunication frankly I think that occurred on my end, this vendor worked to resolve those issues and accommodate my availability. I wasn't physically on the premises while the work was being done but was pleased with what had been done when I got home. I feel like I got what I paid for and would do it again.

PRO-GREEN was very flexible in accommodating my scheduled visit, especially in light of all the rain my area had received the previous couple of weeks. When they arrived, I met with their lead field manager and presented a list of items I was interested in having them cover. I explained that over the coming months, I was interested in selling my home, and I wanted it to look presentable. The gentleman looked over my list and explained that part of the team with the lawnmowers were at another site, but that the workers he had with him would get started on the items and that the mowers would come toward the end to finish the job and cut the grass. They then proceeded to get to work and tackle the items on my list. Everything seemed to be going fine until the end when the crew realized they were running out of time to complete the work. In the end, they left a large pile of pinestraw in the street in front of my home, and in the back, the trimmings from my bushes were left on the ground. The crew left without checking in with me to see if I was satisfied with the services performed. Ultimately, I had to finish the job so that my yard looked decent. The quality of the services they did perform was okay, but it really wasn't any better than the help I could get from kids in my neighborhood. What would have made this experience better is if they would have told me what they could have accomplished/finished of the items of my list (given the 4-hr. time allotment that came with my deal), and then let me choose what I would've liked them to do. And then leaving without speaking with me was a bit of a surprise and disappointment.

I gave the crew of two a list, including digging up of some dead shrubbery, planting replacements, pruning, and some leaf cleanup. All work was done efficiently and complete in less than the time I had paid for. To compensate for this, the crew hauled away the trailer full of debris at no charge, which I had expected would be additional. Good value for the $$ paid and I would use the company again for similar, one-off projects.

Horrible, first was told they would call prior to service. No call and they came on a 98 degree day. They transplanted the bushes in the most awkward of places and forgot two bushes. New plants were not laid down to the original design. Beds were "prepared" by just laying down pine mulch in the thinnest of layers that weeds quickly came up through. New plants died within a week as I was out of town and they were not watered....saved transplanted bushes barely. And then he had the audacity to send me a full bill for these half Hazzard changes. Poorest decision I have ever made... All started by purchasing the 469 big deal. Ugh...

That was done. They came when he said he would come. I did call him because it took him like several weeks before I heard from him and I did call him, to you, actually, to ask if you may make a call to him but I didn't get the design plans, so they did send me that. They came up to check on the properties.They gave some suggestions how to deal with it.We have no news when to do the work yet. We will wait until next Spring. The main issue was the erosion that we had, so we had some suggestions how we would do that , we would level the area. We also lay out some designs in front of the house. The service happened in July.

Due to some truck repairs the crew was late to arrive. I don't blame them since they don't control the repairs, but the owner should have been more proactive in communicating the current status since it was after our agreed upon time. The crew arrived without a chainsaw since it had apparently been left on the backup truck. This was almost a disaster since I had a lot of large shrubs I wanted removed, but I was able to convince one of the crew that it was ok to use mine instead of the small handsaw that would have taken several days and been a huge waste of my money. The guys all worked hard and we were able to get most of what I needed done, and at the end cleaned up and hauled all the waste away so I'd call the engagement a success overall.

They were friendly & professional. The work was really thorough and exceeded our expectations of how much they cleared.

Was supposed to show up on Monday. No call, showed up Tuesday and just blew leaves around my yard. No real effort put into the job. It was 2 guys for 2 hours, however 1 guy didn't really do much, it was more like 2 guys for an hour and 15 minutes. Maybe my expectations were too high. I really thought I'd get a yard cleanup, that was not the case.

It was such a pleasure dealing with Pro-Green Landscaping from start to finish. I purchased the deal from Angie's List on October 30th and was contacted to schedule an appointment within 2 days we scheduled the appointment for November 5th. All correspondence I received was very polite and professional. The crew arrived on time, were very professional when they came to the door and actually listened to what I needed/wanted done (I have had two other companies come out and neither trimmed the hedges to the height I had asked for). When they finished they asked me to come out and check out their work. They both did an excellent job on all work, cleaned up yard of all debris and even asked if there was something else that I would like to have done as they finished a few minutes ahead of schedule. I will most definitely be using Pro-Green Landscaping in the future.

I purchased the $549 deal for 16 hours of labor from Pro Green. The company was very prompt with all communication and a breeze to get scheduled. The two guys they sent arrived on time the day of the appt. I walked my yard with them explaining what I needed done. My main objectives were removing some ivy and raking up leaves. A couple of hours into the job one of the guys had to leave so the company sent two additional guys to make sure they would be able to complete the 16 labor hours provided by the deal. The two that arrived to replace the guy that had to leave hardly worked at all. I periodically checked on them as I would pass by my rear patio doors. Numerous times one of the guys was on his cell phone. The only thing I saw one of the other guys do was blow leaves into the corner of my back yard. I assumed from that point they would be bagging the leaves since that was what had been discussed during the walk through earlier in the day. Unfortunately, I was on a work conference call when they finished so they left before I had a chance to inspect their work. They did remove the ivy, but instead of bagging the leaves they blew them deep into my flower beds and the corner of my yard. The one guy that worked here all day worked hard and did a great job removing the ivy, but the two they sent as replacements for the one guy that had to leave did as little as possible. In the end there was no value in this deal.

Went well, Todd is very professional.

Two people arrived promptly. They asked me exactly what I needed and I showed them the weeding that needed to be done along the edge of a woods. it was a big job, but they went right at it and got it done promptly. They were very courteous and did a great job.

They sent a crew of 3 and worked tirelessly even when confronted by bees and rain. I would definitely call upon them again.

They did an amazing job, fast installation, very professional and good price (I used a coupon).

I was under the impression that cutting and edges were included. But since I didn't put that in the description of what I wanted, I only got a few items. For what they did, they did a good job. Will use them in the future again, but I guess I'll be more specific

I was very disappointed. During the consultation appointment, Todd mentioned it would take a couple weeks to get the plan put together. I said that was ok. No plan after 2, 3, 4, 5 weeks. I called a few times, but never received a call back. Finally, he submitted the plan after 6 weeks. One would think that the plan would be fairly detailed and professional looking, especially considering the 6 week wait. It was just a one page black and white sketch with handwritten notes. No dimensions, no details, and he forgot to include a couple major aspects of the plan.

I called the provider right after purchasing the deal on May 29th. They didn't get back to me for two weeks, so I called them again. After another two weeks, they came out to my house to look at the property. That was on June 16th. On June 26th, I called them again to ask when I would get back the design and estimate. I didn't receive anything until the 4th of July. When I received the proposal, I was disappointed with the prices he quoted me. The plans he had laid out would have cost much more than I could afford. I'm upset that it took them so long to do the work and that they didn't give me plans that were within my price range.
