Awesome!! Todd came as scheduled to discuss our design and vision of what we wanted. He completed a design that we could complete in stages. It included, clearing underbrush, grading, demo existing deck and pavers, fence, porch, outdoor kitchen, paver patio, flagstone, shrubs, trees, drainage, sod, lighting, irrigation and waterfall/pond. He considered everything we discussed and offered his expertise in horticulture and hardscape. The project began with clearing, demo of deck and patio. Some of the existing plants and trees were then relocated. The grading began for the new design to define shrub/tree beddings and sod areas. Paver patio and fence were installed. Todd agreed to meet at a nearby home and commercial landscape nursery that he uses. He drove us around the grounds to the numerous greenhouses and we selected trees and shrubs specimens for our project. I never felt rushed and he took time to answer all my questions. They completed the installation of trees, shrubs, flagstone, drainage and sod. Let me say, this was a large project. All in all everything went very smooth. I can't say enough about Todd and his team, Jorge and his crew, Nate, Kade and Daniel. Juan and his crew that completed the fence. Todd was here everyday to make sure everything was going as planned. He was quick to return phone calls, text, emails, etc. He agreed to come back and check out everything in the spring and correct any issues due to settling, etc. Highly recommend Pro-Green Landscape!! When the two guys arrived, I went over my request with them as they really did not know what I had requested. I was made aware that it was too early to cut my crepe myrtles back and if they did cut them back, they could not warrant that they would come back, otherwise they might die. Since I was not made aware ahead of time that this was not a good time to perform this service, I had to come up with other things for them to do. After two hours of working, they loaded up their truck and were ready to go. I asked if they knew how long they had been hired to work and he didn't really know and guessed. He was wrong. I asked them to do some other things and they broke their chainsaw and had to go get a part. Considering the time they were gone to get the part, they really did not give me my allotted time. This was my second time to use this company and the first time, the crew could have done a little better as well, so two times is enough for me to move on.

I would refer Todd and his group to any friend, family member, or acquaintance! He was very patient with me from design to completion... the finished product is beautiful. I have gone from being embarrassed with my yard to proud to show my landscape to anyone who asks. We unfortunately had some heavy rain and weather issues during our project so they will have to come back in the spring to fix these items - I have full confidence that they will take care of everything needed.

It went amazingly well. Just as he predicted, the roots of a huge tree had invaded the drainage system. The tree was removed and a french drain was extended. He analyzed the problem and fixed it within 36 hours. The bill was quite reasonable considering the amount of work and expertise required. I would go only to ProGreen again for my landscape solutions.

They were responsive and did a great job. It went so well that we decided to hire them for regular bi weekly services.

He was prompt to come out and meet with us. Although he said that the plans would take 2 weeks to get back, it took over a month. We asked for a simple price conscious design because are contemplating sale of the home. What came back was a bid for over $20,000. Needless to say that price was not expected. We did not contact this vendor to do any work past the drawings.

My recommendation is to ask for scaling & get the size of the area they are working with. He did it rather quickly, he didn't put much time into it I don't think.

I thought they were good. I asked for a quote back, but it didn't really come back as I expected it to. He gave me a design that was on such a tiny scale, I didn't like that. I thought it was going to be something a little more professional. I was looking for something on a much larger scale, I tried to enlarge it to try to get an idea of what my backyard was going to look like. I just didn't think it was adequate. There was no approximation of size, he was quoting me a price on a patio, but there was no size on the patio. The next time they are going to give a scale, let the people know the size, not just a price.

Todd came for the appt. and I told him my daughter had a terrible car accident and would be in a wheelchair temporarily. I needed a paver path installed to accommodate the wheelchair asap. I just moved into a house where the whole yard needs landscaping. We discussed some ideas and I have a sizable budget. Todd went to measure. I got distracted with a cable guy. Todd left and days later I never got an estimate. I emailed the company after a week. They said it would be another week or so for the estimate. Never happened. After almost 3 weeks of waiting for an estimate and really needing access for the wheelchair I had Angies list refund my $99 for the consultation which they did right away.

They implemented the plan a year later. I used most of the plan. They did a really good job, they were reliable, when something went wrong like a plant dying the replaced that and when I had some water pooling they came and fixed that.

It went really well, they did a good job and cleaned up before they left.

The work was all done to perfection, and the results were above our original expectations, in every respect. There was, clearly, an attention to detail shown, and an interest in high quality results. We will hire this company again!

After walking my yard with me and listening to what I needed done Todd Jennings said I would be getting the estimate via email. It took several days and a follow up phone call to acquire the estimate. Although I had to ask again for the estimate I was happy with it. I thought it was a good price for the work being done. Unfortunately this is where everything came to a standstill. I responded to Todd stating that I would like to proceed and asked when they could start, how long it would take and for proof of liability insurance. Days passed without a response to my email so I called and left a message since no one answered. Again days passed with no response. I may have called 2 to 3 more times after that but still no one answered the phone... I have yet to hear anything from this company. I'm not sure why this happened but it is very unprofessional and unreliable. Either the company is very unorganized or they do not want the job and do not care about customers enough to inform them.

Super, super frustrating. Provider has repeatedly ignored me. If he didn't want my business, a polite "we're too busy to help you" would have sufficed. Performed the $99 service I purchased through Angie's list (although he was late in providing the plans per the timeline he told me), but when I tried to get the work done, he repeatedly ignored me. I called on a Friday, to get a revised quote for a portion of the total plan, and was told that he would send me that quote. The following Thursday after hearing nothing, sent a polite follow up email. The following Monday (now more than 9 days later), I called and left another message, and three days later after still no reply, sent him a final email asking for either the revised quote or my $99 back. The next day I received the revised quote by email, which I replied to over the weekend and said that sounds good, let's please proceed. That was 2 weeks ago, and I still haven't heard back from him. Again, if he's too busy to do the work, a polite phone call or email would have sufficed. Now I'll go find another provider. Would appreciate if they refunded my $99... Guess this business is so busy they don't need new customers.

It went okay. They came out and I did purchase some additional services and they had some additional work done. They came out the first day, the equipment broke, so they sent a different crew to finish the work. They could send out the appropriate personnel the first time out. The service was adequate, but I wouldn't say it was above and beyond. I would probably use them again in the future.

I had to make several calls just to get their attention or a follow up. But after I received HOA approval and was ready to schedule the work to be done and never received a call back, I contacted another company from Angie’s List that came out the next morning. They beat their quote and placed me on the schedule. Several of my neighbors are interested to see it completed before moving forward with similar work. 199 potential new customers!I totally agree that they’re unresponsive and unprofessional. It’s my mistake not taking the time to read all the negative reviews. Lesson Learned.

Installed 1 pallet of Fescue sod. Installed a Maintenance strip with pavers and creek rock. Installed a Fire pit with grill. Trimmed three branches from tree. Overall price was the most competitive out of 5 quotes. Overall quality was good. Fire pit is great. Only concerns I had was: 1. There wasn’t enough creek rock installed to completely cover the entire area. 2. It looks like two different types of fescue sod was used. Also looks like there was some rock left/on top and under some of the sod from the fire pit install.

Very pleased with the job. Brandon, the crew leader was very nice to work with and focused on pleasing the customer. Will use them again!

Wonderful, had the design in my hands a week after they came out. The design is exactly what I had hoped for though I couldn't afford all of the services, having the the design plans in hand has kept my 'eyes on the prize' so I haven't invested in useless mish mash of options

They came out to give us a quote after missing the original appointment and not calling to apologize, they finally did come out and never gave us a quote, I called on 2 occasions to follow-up. Very disappointing when we took time out of our schedules on 2 occasions and they never bothered to follow-up.

they were great. 2 guys, worked the full 4 hours. Finished up and cleaned up. Also, had some nice suggestions about my plantings.

Jonathan and Trey did an excellent job, much more than I expected ;) They were on time, hard working and very professional. I will use this service again if I need more work done and will absolutely request Jonathan and Trey. I bought the 16 hours of service thinking it may make a dent in the badly overgrown area along the creek bed and about 5-6 hours later they had the area completely cleared. They even got the vines out the trees that we had pulled and cut on before with no luck. And they hauled away all the mess. Great job guys! Thank you.

I called 6 days ago asking for an estimate. The person I spoke with wrote down my information and said someone would be out to give me a quote. He asked me if I was home during the daytime. When I asked for a rough estimate on when I could expect someone to come out, he responded with "next week sometime". They never showed, and I chose another company for the job.

Pro Green was right on time at the scheduled date and worked for 8 hours between the two guys. They moved fast and took care of several important items for us (noted above). They were very pleasant to work with and came prepared with the professional / commercial-grade tools, ample load of pinestraw, only charging us for what was used (# of bales), and great work ethic. We have a half-acre lot with lots of trees, islands, slopes, which requires lots of work to prepare for spring and manicure in general. These guys knocked it out in one session!

It worked well. It was about 3 or 4 weeks after they contacted me . The Big Deal didn't work out. He came but then it was pretty difficult to get the report from him. Then I had to make multiple calls after that to get the report. We ended up paying more money for a more traditional landscape company who came in and gave us a much more detailed report and then we hired that company. They should have given us a more detailed report on time. They came in priciest. It was hard to evaluate them because the report was much less detailed. It wasn't awful. I am glad I did it but mostly it convinced me to go with somebody else. He was a nice guy. He showed up on time. We didn't get the report and it wasn't detailed enough. It was an expensive job and we ended up spending over $40,000 but he came in at $63,000 and if you are going to have someone to spend $63,000 landscaping their backyard you need more details when they provide it.
