Description of Work: When the landscape designer came, he listened to what I had in mind. We discussed specific plants that I was interested in using. He made some beginning suggestions and then took measurements of our front yard. He incorporated all my requests in a lovely, detailed design, which came a short time later.

Description of Work: Estimate was about $17,000 for the work and included service I did not request. Additionally, design was to be completed within two weeks, it took almost six weeks to get the design by then we were well into summer.

Description of Work: They put a French drain in to fix drainage issue. They were scheduled to come Monday but did not. I called and was told they would be out Tuesday. Irrigation pipes, landscape lighting and internet lines all cut. The lines were repaired but internet was down 24 hours. Too many issues to deal with them again.

Description of Work: Overall, we wanted to spruce up the perimeter of the house. The dead holly bush cut in the front... Weeds pulled, bushes trimmed, ivy trimmed back... | |The holy bush was cut, and some weeds pulled. Hovever, nothing else was done. It didn't look like it had been touched by professionals. Very disappointed!

Description of Work: We did not choose ProGreen because they failed to respond in a timely manner,to a follow-up email letting them know that additional work was needed. Their cost was much higher that the other companies

Description of Work: They removed old landscaping, removed a dead tree and replaced all new landscaping according to the new landscape design. The crew worked together and was able to complete the work as designed.

Description of Work: ProGreen completed a comprehensive landscaping plan through an Angie's List deal. They were punctual and listened to my specific concerns and preferences. The plan they delivered was very detailed and met our needs precisely. We have set another appointment to begin incremental implementation of the plan.

Description of Work: They did a fantastic job only had 2 hrs for coupon but they did everything I wanted done cleaned up beds edged removed all weeds and leaves trimmed all shrubs planted a flower bed around mailbox and removed and took with them all the debrie very very pleased

Description of Work: They advertised lawn or landscape work. I shopped very carefully for a provider because I need a clean up as well as landscape consultation. I asked the lead gentleman for the team some landscape questions and he could not help me. He said I need to speak with Todd (owner) who did not come. I allowed them to just do the clean up. There were some bushes that needed trimming that I thought they would do automatically. I did speak with them about some of the bushes but did not think I needed to speak about each bush. Maybe this was a miscommunication. I thought they would do what's needed for the cleanup. I also had them put down pine straw. I did not inspect before they left but again, I didn't think I needed to do so. There was a fairly large space where there was no pine straw put down. I sent the owner an email through Angies' to let him know my concerns. He responded that he would call me the next day. I have not heard from him. However, I was pleased about how one of the team members tried to get my irrigation working properly. I was quite impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and care. I am disappointed that the owned didn't call as promised. All would have been fine if they had been willing to correct the problem.

Description of Work: I purchased a landscaping plan for our yard from Pro-Green Landscape Mgmt. as an Angie's Deal of the Day. Todd Jennings came out on 01/20 (right on time) and discussed with us the plantings/features we wanted in our landscape. He took photos and then in about two weeks emailed us detailed plans (PDF's)for both our landscape and hardscape ideas. It is exactly what I asked for and is beautifully rendered. He also itemized the approximate cost of specimen plants, plantings, and various other areas (river rock, large stepping stones, etc.) This will be immensely helpful in implementing this plan and deciding what we can do ourselves and what to contract out given our budget.I hope to use Pro-Green to install some of these areas. I would highly recommend the landscaping plan service.

Description of Work: They came with a crew of about 5 men and got to work immediately. They worked hard and finished quickly. They did everything that they promised and my yard looked a lot better. I would recommend Pro-Green Landscape Mgmt. Inc.and I do plan to use them again.
