Description of Work: They were hired to do a yard clean up and haul away some branches and logs we had pulled from the backyard. They arrived from another job, and their truck was full, and could not carry anything with them. Instead, they used up all our yard refuse bags to dispose of the small refuse. All the larger refuse, I saw them take it to the back yard and dump it back there, just where we had brought it from. So they were basically undoing what we had already done before they came. Not a great experience.

Description of Work: They were supposed to provide 4 hours of landscaping. I said I needed them a certain day, but they weren't available that day. A couple of days later they just showed up...they sent an email (a few hours before) but I hadn't seen it, so I was not ready for them. I came home and there they were. I scraped up a few things for them to do, but again, not ready for what I really wanted done. Had other workers @ the house, plus my grandchildren. It was a disaster!
