Description of Work: I pre-paid 349 for 8 hours of landscaping, I got two 30 minute visits: i asked for quotes on several more projects which were never given; i asked for regular lawn maintenance and was told i could not be worked into the schedule at this time; this was a rip!

Description of Work: Used a special for a landscape design and consultation. In addition to the special, we had some minor grading performed to fix a negative grade towards our house. | |The service provider was punctual to arrive at the scheduled time to do a walk of the property. He was very friendly and was willing to answer various questions during this visit. It took longer than initially indicated for the service provider to send the drawing to us, but well worth the extra bit of time. Particularly, he was willing to frame the drawing in a way that we could piecemeal the total landscape project into smaller projects. Additionally, he was willing to provide an itemized listing of the various vegetation, retaining walls, estimated labor cost, etc... included in the drawing so that we could make an informed decision as to which project to undertake first. Pro-Green was very helpful and responsive to any questions or calls to their office.

Description of Work: Hey so we paid for the sketch. We were under a time sensitive process because we were hosting a baby shower at the end of the month and we needed our backyard at least graded, sprinkler system installed, and sod laid. We bought a sketch from Pro Green but didn't tell us it would take 2-3 weeks to get the sketch back. We didn't have the time to wait and got a sketch initiated at the same time with someone else and already had theirs back so i felt ok about hiring another landscaping company to complete the work. HOWEVER, the sketch we got back was nice and once we replenish funds from the recent work we may hire them to do that but if its any indication on how quick they are by the sketch Im also not sure.

Description of Work: They did a great job reviving my planters for spring and refreshing the mulch after the "dead look" of winter. Thanks.

Description of Work: They drew up a plan for our landscaping. They also submitted a bid for doing the work and it was $25,000. Needless to say we did not contract them to do the work but the plan was pretty good.
