When faced with 30 year old plumbing issues in a rental house, I needed to get numerous leaks resolved quickly. Given the cost of plumbers, I was concerned about the bill. Amilcar Ocha came and gave us a price. He is polite, responsive and knowledgeable.
We have used his services many times: for repairing leaks; for installing new sinks; for the remodeling of the Master Bath in our house; to repair clogged drains; etc. He answers phone calls and makes it a priority to investigate the problems; all at very reasonable rates.

Everything is now working perfectly! Amilcar is a great plumber -- he knows his trade, he is fast, he is reliable & his prices are very reasonable. I called him today & he fit me into his schedule. I highly recommend him! NOTE: This is the fifth time I've used Amilcar's plumbing help. He is terrific & really knows his trade. He also reworked the plumbing for a hot water heater, installed 3 new sinks, fixed leaking toilets, repaired a water line on the deck & unclogged a drain for us. He is WONDERFUL at very reasonable prices!!!
