Great. These guys are very knowledgeable and so willing to explain and answer questions. It was a big job mostly paid for by the previous owner, but I was there to oversee as it was scheduled after escrow. I opted for a few more options they offer and a future prevention strategy. Chris and Tyler and the others worked like fiends pulling out all the insulation under the house in the walkable crawlspace, scrubbing and treating the lumber, closing entry points for moisture. I am a learner and like to know everything that's going on and why and what products are used. I have severe reactive asthma and was not able to use the downstairs bedroom at first. I am sleeping just fine there now after all their remediation work. I had many phone calls and texts with Chris as the work progressed. He was very happy to accommodate that. And I know he will be there in the future should I have any questions or concerns.
