+ -1 moreI can’t say enough good things about this company. They are a pleasure to work with. I recommend them without reservation. My home is immuculate when they finish. I have a Ragdoll cat, who has long haired fur, and my home is not easy to clean. They are pet-friendly and they always make sure my fur baby is taken care of during their time at my home. I have them clean every other week. They make my life easier. Now I have more time to spend with my son and my fur baby. I absolutely LOVE having a clean home!

Their rates are very reasonable. They are such great people and we never have to worry about letting them come in to clean if we’re not home. The trust factor can not be over appreciated! + -1 moreWhen my goddaughter was cleaning in between, things were fine. But after they moved out, it became apparent their "cleaning" was very surface and they weren't interested in doing deeper cleans for me.
Description of Work: I used this company for about a year cleaning my home every other week. While my goddaughter and her family lived with me,I wasn't aware of too many issues, but immediately after they moved out I started noticing a lack of attention to detail. Not only did I have to request a reduction in their fee for four less people and two less baths to clean, but I started noticing the floors were dull, behind the toilets were not cleaned and they weren't high dusting. Each time concerns were expressed, the owners, Sandra, reassured us and indicated she would visit upon the next clean...but she never did. Instead of firing them after the last shoddy job, I wrote an email to Sandra explaining how I wanted my home cleaned, and even expressed understanding for how difficult it was to expand a business not being able to personally oversee your workers. I went so far as to offer her the use of the equipment I owned if it made her staffs job easier, and I could get the level clean I needed...and even suggested I might pay more if the results would be better. As a result, I was fired as a client. If Sandra or her husband do the cleaning, or you hire them for a one-time job, you should be okay. But if you want weekly service, I'd shop around.

+ -1 moreI've used Peach Cleaning services for a few years now and have always been very satisfied with them. Sandra's crew has always been very professional, polite and efficient. The house has always looked great after they've completed. My wife and I are always thrilled after having them and Sandra has always been great to work with and works to accomodate any change in schedule we may have. We tried a couple other services before Sandra's and they were not as good. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 morePeach's cleaning services were alright although a more thorough job was done in the early months, and with a more motivated team. After 6 months that and quot;teamand quot; often became only one person. The biggest problem I had was when I went out of town occasionally, rescheduling was a huge hassle: they clearly preferred having an absentee homeowner and a key so they could come/go on their own schedule.

Description of Work: Made appointment with this company at 5:30pm. Was late running late and then decided to text me and said they were not coming. I finaly got a hold of them and they she told me that I was to far from her house, by the way total of 12 miles. So basically refuse to come out. Why did Angie even put this company on there list I dod not know but you can bet i will spread the word about this company, around my area. Very unhappy hopefully Angie will kick them off.

+ -1 moreThe house had been lived in by a tenant who I'm pretty sure never dusted. When Peach Cleaning Services was finished, the house was dust free. The shower was FILTHY from the last occupants, and it was spotless when they were done! The hardwood floors had some stuff stuck on them, and now they're spotless. Sandra and her team are punctual, friendly, and do a great job at a great price! Sandra makes sure you're happy with the cleaning before her crew leaves, and she'll try to catch anything they might have missed.
Description of Work: We had them do a move out cleaning. Every thing was dusted, from the fans to the baseboards in the whole house. Fridge, oven, microwave, and windows were cleaned.

She was able to come by and give me an estimate the same day I called, and was able to have the house cleaned the next day. Her crew was punctual, polite, quick, and very good. She is a pleasure to work with, and I will use her for both my rental property and my own home cleaning.
Description of Work: Two people performed a "move in" cleaning. Every surface was dusted, stainless steel appliances cleaned of fingerprints, granite left spotless, bathrooms cleaned top to bottom, hardwoods mopped, floors vacuumed. They also cleaned out every drawer and cabinet in the bathrooms and kitchen.
