We have been using their services for a couple of years now. The same crew comes out for each visit and they bring all of the supplies needed for the job. I do provide a product for the granite. They are very kind and considerate ladies who come. I had spinal surgery earlier this year and they bent over backwards for me. They are considerate of my dogs and my husband who works out of the house. They could not have been more considerate and I cannot say enough good things about them! They are excellent.

From the first contact, Molly Maid was professional and up front about the services and costs. Showed up on-time and performed the work required very well. While the cost may seem a bit more than some others, the quality was excellent and they got the job done within the time that I allotted for them. I am very pleased, and apparently the buyers of the house were thrilled.

They are professional and very pet friendly. They have been very understanding and working with me due to recent surgeries Ive had and have been more than willing to accommodate my needs. They are wonderful and very nice people.

|This group is excellent however they do charge quite a bit more than most smaller companies in the area. If you are not on a budget, they are a great choice

The consistency of the cleanings has been excellent lately. I've asked that special attention be shown in certain areas of the house, and have been pleased with the results.?

They are very personable and I'm satisfied with the work they do. They operate on the flexible schedule, but will always call you and make sure they can come. They're very easy to work with and they come back within 24 hours if there's anything that's not up to the customer's satisfation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and even family members!

They are very responsive to my needs and any problems we might encounter. They always show up when scheduled and do a good job with the cleaning. They are very open to any suggestions I might have about the cleaning.

I would highly recommend this company. They have come three times already and plan to continue to use them in the future. The owner that came out to set everything up was professional and very fair in his assessment of what needed done and the price for that. He chose a couple of workers that would work well around my in-home dog. I stayed home the first couple of times and they did everything I requested, also very great with my dog. The job was done with high quality at a fair price. I was comfortable to leave them on their own the third visit and, again, everything was completed beautifully. I am very comfortable with leaving them with my pet after these recent experiences.
