On time and very polite. Quick and did a good job.

I was contacted right away by Marco and we set up a time for an area rug cleaning in my home. On the way to my house he called in advance to let me know he was on the way and asked if it was to be 15 minutes early. He explained everything he was going to do when cleaning my rug. It turned out great and he was even able to get stains out of the cotton fringe and woven border.

Marco and his team were amazing to work with. He responded so quickly, came out and cleaned our carpets very promptly. He also shared that if any stains came out or were visible the next day to let him know. We had one and he came out the very next day AND he was the one to follow up with me as to when he was coming! Beyond great customer service and very kind gentlemen. I will be hiring them again!!

Marco Carpet is the best. Marco treats you with respect and he is with pricing. His son showed up on time and did an excellent job. Marco himself showed up to help out and they cleaned up everything and vacuumed. The roomed was completely decorative. I will recommend highly!!!

I requested a quote via online and within 15 minutes Marco had called and provided me with a verbal quote for the services I'd requested. He and his crew came the next day and performed such a fantastic job on cleaning my white carpeting, I had them clean all the carpets in the house. They did an outstanding job and my white carpeting looks almost new even though it's more than 10 years old. Marco even took care of the stubborn stains on stairways. Again, an outstanding job!

We are about three hours late so had to have some one else meet them. Called long after they were supposed to be there. Quoted $149 for 5 carpeted bedrooms and a large master closet. No stairs no furniture moved. Some bedrooms small esp with the furniture in place. I knew there may be an add on as the previous owners left a dog smell in one bedroom. But the final was almost double. They were courteous and cleaned up well. There were some areas of basic dirt stains missed in high traffic areas that I later got out with our Bissel. Seem like nice people and maybe had an off day.
