Marco was honest in the business dealings. When he did not get the spot out of the rug, he returned my extra money charged. He called me when he was running behind our appointment time. He called to tell me when he'd come to the house to refund the money and he was on time as promised. Reliable and efficient worker!

Marco was extremely professional! He was prompt and on time. He gave a detailed description on everything he was going to do. He asked if we understood or had any questions, then he got to work. My carpet had not been cleaned in years, but when he was done it looked brand new!!! He did a MAGNIFICENT job. Also, he was very polite and friendly. I will definitely use him again and again. The company promised to clean my carpet and they will look brand new. I secured an estimate from Sears/Stanley Steamer and Marco's price was $100.00+ less. Marco's also cleaned 2 (8×10) wool rug which was not included in Sear's estimate. My carpet and rugs now look brand new. They have professional cleaning equipment which left very little water and my carpets/ and rugs were dry within a few hours. I plan on using them again and will refer them to my family, friends, and neighbors. Marco was very pleasant and worked quickly.
