Le was great! He was very friendly and reasonably priced.

No professionalism. Charlie told me he was tired and to call him when I found my compressor ON THE ROOF OF MY CONDOMINIUM. He wasn't willing to go look for the unit where it was located. He told me that I should buy a house because it is easier to service, and that I was the one who messed up the experience. He and his team member left my house with the sole reason that they were busy and tired. They only stayed an hour and didn't help at all!

Mr. Charlie was very personable and respectful. And so was his crew. They helped me a lot. He replaced a gas furnace in my recently purchased home and then discovered the gas was not on (the furnace is the only appliance that uses gas). There was no meter on my house and hadn't been for 12 years! Mr. Charlie stuck with me through the several days process of getting a meter installed and my gas turned on until there was warm air blowing strongly through my vents. Turns out there was nothing wrong with our system, but they kindly did an inspection anyway and didn't charge us. Much appreciated.

They are nice people, but they did not repair my furnace. They supposedly repaired the furnace, but it still does not work. It does not heat my house because the temperature only reaches 64 degrees, then it cuts off. They told me it was because my insulation was not good, but the furnace should still heat the house. Don't hire them.
