Remodeling our home and the hot water heater needed to be replaced desperately. Le arrived and was very knowledgeable about the job and explaining the process. Le and his crew did an excellent job on install and correcting numerous hazards. If you are looking for great work at a competitive price Le’s your guy.

He was VERY late on the second day - after cancelling on the first day - and when he told me in person that he could not fix the wire problem that he agreed to over the phone, I knew I had wasted my money. I wish he would've just told me that he could not provide what I wanted, instead of making me waste $50. Very unfortunate.

Le and his team answered all of my questions and explained what they were doing throughout the appointment. They asked me to sign up for service 2x per year, but the cost did not seem to be better than scheduling regular appointments with no contract.

First, Charlie said it was too late for him to come out that evening (even though the request said I needed immediate service). Then, he didn't show up in the morning when he said he would. He called to say he was 30 minutes away, which would have made him 15 minutes late, but he never showed up. I would rate him 0 for service if that was an option.
