The work was done sooner than anyone else could do it and it was done well. I will likely use Le's again in the future.

Quickly identified the problem as well as recommended ways to hep me manage the heat better. Responded promptly and got the job done fast. Excellent service!!

I TOTALLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LE'S HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ALL. MR. CHARLIE LE DID THE WORST JOB EVER AND I.M FORST TO SUE HEM FOR ALL THE MONEY I PAYED HIM FOR A TOTAL FAILURE OF MY AIR CONDITION SYSTEM. MR. CHARLIE LE INSTALLED THE NEW AIR CONDENSOR INCORRECLY AND HAD TO MOVE IT FROM UNDER MY DESK AFTER I PAID ANOTHER HVAC COMPNY $ 79.00 DOLLARS TO INFROM ME OF THE INCORRECT INSTALL OF THIS AIR CONDENSOR. IT NEEDED FOUR (4) FEET OF CLEARANCE TO WORK PROPERLY, BUT MR. CHARLIE LE DID NOT INSTALL IT CORRECTLY. AT THIS TIME THE COMPLETE A/C SYSTEM HAS FAILED AND FOUR (4) OTHER A/C TECNICIANS SAID IT'S A BAD INSTALL.

Charlie was fast and courteous. I will use him for any heating or A/C issues I may have in the future.

My experience with Le's was awful. I called him about a leak from my refrigerator, he advised me that I needed some part for my refrigerator. He ordered the part and put the part on my refrigerator - not only did my refrigerator start back leaking, it also caused more damage to my basement wall. I called Le the same night and he did not return my call the following day, it was returned 2 days later and he stated that he had been busy. I advised him on the additional water damage caused and his lack of cs - water damage is no joke and if it had not been for a worker coming to my home turning the refrig. water line off my home w/h flooded.

This company did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with their work. He able to diadnose the problem right away. And it was fix in a reasonable amount of time. I was not goughed.

Unfortunately, I will have to wait to see if Mr. Le's work will hold up. He was not certain that the problem would not occur in the near futrue.

Le's Heating came out and gave us a quote. They were very professional and treated us as if they had known us for years. He arrive promptly and completed out project as promised and on budget. We intend to us Le's Heating for our other projects. Excellent customer service and reliable.

Mr Le was on time and did a fine job.

Repair did not correct problem. Mr. Le returned and explained that all problems had not been corrected and stated that a new compressor was now needed to make the system function properly. I felt I should have been told this information before spending $960 to have system that was less than adequate.

Charles was very prompt and was able to identify and fix my problem within minutes.

Mr. Le was fantastic. His prices were reasonable and it was exactly what he quoted. He worked well into the night to finish installing our new HVAC system to may sure that our air was working. It was a great pleasure to work with him.

Mr. Le was very responsive - he came out right away on a Sunday and had a new unit installed for me on Monday. The price was very fair as well. Highly recomend Mr. Le.

Mr. Le did exactly what he said he would do and more. He had to make a few decisions on his own and always made those decisions with me in mind, instead of his costs. He came in on time, on budget, and we had absolutely no problems. I would highly recommend Mr. Le from a service, professionalism, and pricing standpoint. He just did a great job at a fair price. Mr. Le (Charlie) is a very, very honest man and he knows his trade.

I was given another company as a recommendation initially, and they didn't answer their phone, nor ever called me back. Also, when I finally got a hold of them, I asked if I could setup a time the next day for service, and the guy told me, "I don't know, call me then." I then went to the next service, LE's. We asked if he could come out the next day, and he came out 1 hour after we initially contacted him. He fixed our problem for a fair price, and was very courteous. 1 week later, our other A/C broke, and we called LE back. He showed up the next day, and gave us another fair price, and fixed our A/C that day. LE was the right choice.

Mr. Le did a wonderful job, I would recommend him anytime.
