Mr. Le's English can make communication difficult sometimes but his work is first rate. He did an excellent job, on time and on budget. Thank you very much.

They promised that they would should up between 9 and 10, and I hjad to call at noon to find out where they were. I left a message, but they gave us the courtesy of a call to let us know that they would be late. They wasted our time, which I take great offense, especially in an economy like this.

Charlie saved me a bundle when he properly diagnosed the correct problem for the malfunctioning of my furnace. Le 's company is family owned and operated so he takes pride in his works. I placed a service call an evening and he showed up an hour later. After I placed the order, my (2) complete new AC systems were installed the next day, and this is first class service. Since this is an unexpected large expense, He allows us to spread out the payment without interest, and this is extremely rare practice for a small company.
