Charlie was very thorough, and performed the service at less than half of two of the other quotes. There was a little communication difficulty about the time of arrival, but no big hassle, and the very reasonable rate, the courteous service, and the thoroughness more than made up for it.

Le's heating and air was very prompt and upfront. My only complaint is the bill did not detail what charged for labor and what was parts. That's not really a big deal, they have my system up and running within 20 minutes of arriving.

Timely, I called for repair about 10 AM and by 3PM our AC unit had been repaired and serviced. I was so please by the work provided that I signed up for their yearly servicing of my heating and cool systems.

they did a gerat job, found the problem in 10 min. gave an estimate for the repair, removed the defective part in the air conditioner and replaced it with the new part and was done withen a couple hours .great job,

Although Mr. Le was not on time, he did fix the problem quickly and completely. It has been a month since he repaired it and it is still working fine. He also gave me a 1 year warranty on the labor at no additional charge.

He did a wonderful job replacing our 10 year old AC unit, furnace, and coil with Carrier brand products. His entourage came around 9:30am and finished around 4pm to install everything into our home. Price is very reasonable compared to other service technicians in our area. Definitely recommend again for our AC needs.

Mr. Lee and his helpers did a good job installing my new AC& Heating unit, he had come by a few days earlier and installed a new part on the AC Unit, however my AC went out the next day and when he came back to check the AC, he found the unit needed to be replaced. so he refunded the charge of the part which I had paid for and installed the new unit the next day and finished the job in one day as he said he would.

Mr. Le showed up within 30 min. He fixed the problem with my A/C in about 1 1/2 hours. Charged reasonably and was were courteous. I got the feeling of dealing with an honest contractor (which is not very often nowadays) and I would hire him again if needed.
