Mr. Le was able to immediately come to my assistance. He was prompt. He was very professional in his assessment of the work to be done He completed the job without any problems.

They really made a frustrating situation go away quickly. Recommendations were clear, price was fair, and the delivered what they promised.

WHAT language issue? We could not be happier with Le's! I've read all the reviews--Charlie & I had some fun with the whole bilingual thing (he understands English--we understand ZERO words in his language--so THERE). He gave us a free estimate, came immediately (no service call fee), spent time discussing our options, saved us a ton of money, did NOT oversell, and installed a new AC & Furnace in approx 4 hours with his crew of 2--including haul off and clean up. And he did it all the very NEXT day. I can't say "Thank You" enough to Charlie and his 2 guys--we now have Our AC Guy--amazing service + true integrity--CALL HIM! ;o]

Quick, friendly and professional

This guy shouldn't be trusted! I had a simple problem of a clogged condensate line and he added fictious diagnoses to try and charge me more. Luckily I knew what the problem was. In addition, I caught him snooping around in my house, opening locked doors when I briefly stepped outside. When I confronted him he told me he was looking for the bathroom. He didn't ask any questions and he conveniently waited until I stepped out when he was supposed to be supervising the other guy in the attic. Luckily I didn't get a good feeling about him, so I immediately returned inside. I found him to be creepy.

Mr. Le came right away, was able to assess the problem immediately, and fixed it quickly.

i owe you a huge thanks.. Le.. this guy was sick, health was compromised, caught a bad bug.. but still managed to come thru for me.. not once, not twice but as many times as it took before he got the job right. I feel bad for working him sooooooooo hard. a real to do it guy. thanks Le and his crew.

The first time, Le came out the same day. When I needed him to follow-up, he said he was coming but didn't show up till next day. Did not call me back to say he wasn't coming. Wasted gas money. Le's english is very bad. It was difficult to communicate with him. He definitely needs to take some english classes so he can communicate better with his customers. With that being said, i still feel like Le is cheaper than anyone else out there.

Once again Le went above and beyond to help me with an emergency A/C repair. Job well done!

Great experience

Very nice asian family but very hard to understand and did a terrible job trouble shooting my issue. In the end, I paid him for doing something but it didn't fix my AC issue

Mr. Le is extremely professional. His team arrived on time and completed my work in a little under a couple of hours. He explained every step of the job to me and answered my questions to my satisfaction. He was very respectful. His price was also competitive with the market

He arrived promptly, identified the problem, had the parts, explained the problem and fixed it! Very nice man.

Le came out the same day and replaced a part in the AC. About 2 weeks later, it stopped working again. I called him and he came out and told me I needed to replace the unit, that the condenser was band and it couldn't be repaired. Believing I had to replace the unit, I called aroud to get some estimates. Another company came out and replaced the same part that Le did and it worked fine. I tried to contact Le to speak to him about this, but have never been able to get him on the phone. I left messages and then, his mailbox was always full. I ended up paying being out of another $260! I am not happy with the service I received.

Mr. Le is a breath of fresh air when it comes to having someone who is trustworthy and very professional in every sense of the word. That was my greatest concern when my furnace went out this week (would I get someone who is honest and does a professional quality work?). He responded and diagnosed the problem rather quickly; and provided a reasonable solution. The work is first class and was within budget. He kept his crew fully engaged and most of all, kept the job site clean as they continued with the project. I am very please with his work and my home is so comfortable with the new system. Mr. Le gets my full vote.
