Le was quick to resolve my issue. He was prompt and courteous! I also appreciated that he did not charge for the service call.

I was impressed with Charlie the first time I met him. The first HVAC guy willing to give free diagnostic and estimate of work. Because I trusted him, I had him replace my furnace and compressor. Language was a bit of an issue but we worked through. Charlie is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and does good work.

I highly recommend them! Took pictures of what was going on so I could see. Was very attentive to the whole problem affecting the furnace. Thorough! Went above and beyond the call of duty, and very polite as well.

Charle was suppose to be at my house at 4:00 PM, but when I called at 5:15 PM, he acted as if he wasn't late and said he was on his way at that time. After another hour of waiting I called back twice only to receive the voice mail. After becoming frustrated and reaching out to another company, Charlie called at 7:00 to say he had car trouble and was on his way at that time. Once he arrived, he diagnosed the problem and prompted repaired my system at a reasonable rate. My only issue with Charlie was getting him there, but the service was great.

Charlie le and his crew came very quickly and fixed our airconditioning for a very fair price. he charged us considerably less than the 2 other quotes we got. We were very happy with his work and would hire him again.

I was contacted almost immediately after I filled out the request for quotes for my AC motor that was going bad. He showed up 2 hours later(after contacting me that he was on the way), assessed the problem, gave me a quote, and started the work. He had to complete the project the next morning. I was thrilled that I didn't have to be home for him to complete the work, and my house was cool by the time I got home later in the afternoon. He stopped back by after I got home for his payment. The only thing that I wasn't happy with was that he left the back gate open. and the dog got out when we let him outside later that day

Very quick response and good price. Charlie and his team did a great job installing a new AC unit and saving us from the heat. I recommend calling him.

Timely service. He called me exactly 1 minute after I submitted my request. He was then at my door just a few hours later. No charge for service call, that is a first. He worked quickly and got the job done at a reasonable price.

Charlie was very fast to respond to my service call, and gave me many options for service to choose from... I would use him again.

my problem with the job that was done is that he walked to the unit, did not open it to test anything and immediately raised his hands up and told me it is the compressor. I told him on previous occasions they simply had to replace the capacitor, but he insisted it was the compressor and wanted me to replace the entire unit for a new one. I told him I did not have the money for that and we haggled until I got him to simply give me a used outside unit for $1200. They hauled away my unit and came back with another unit, which they claim was better than mine. I really don't like the way the problem was diagnosed. I don't trust him.

Le's Heating came within 24 hours of me going on the Service Magic website. They fixed our wine cellar cooling unit and charged a reasonable price. We are very pleased with their service. It's been hard to find a company who will service a residential wine cellar cooling unit and we will definitely use Le's from now on.

Charlie was absolutely fantastic.. He came out immediately after my call (after 6 in the evening) and took me through all issues with the system.. We had a 20 year old ac unit that simply needed to be replaced.... He then helped determine the most affordable unit that also was efficient and met our needs. He and his team came out the following morning and completed the install in a few hours.. You can tell that Charlie takes pride in his work and really wants to satisfy his customers.. I will absolutely be using Charlie for all future service needs.

When he quoted the price - his $70 sounded like $17 - so my bill was higher than I thought it should have been. In reference to customer service - He told me an hour time frame to come by BUT he didn't come or call. So three hours later - I called him & he said he was on the way. Overall, after he arrived - he worked fast & the cost quickly added up. The positive part of experience is that he had the parts we needed - so he was able to get our system working fast! Being the service call was on Sunday - I am sure this affected the price. Also - he warrants parts & labor - so I am satisfied & will call him if I need him in the future...

Repaired my unit with freon. His helper moved the unit and it lost the freon. They returned the next day repaired the broken weld his helper caused and charged me for freon again.

Great service but lack of clear english made it more difficult to conduct business effectively
