He charged me $1300 to repair my unit (which I have come to find out I could have just purchased a brand new unit) and a year later it is broken again with the same issue. Now that I need him to come back to re-repair my unit, he is nowhere to found nor will he answer his calls.

Important, please read carefully. you will thank me later. My heater did not work properly. It was not reaching the temperature I was setting in my thermostat. My furnace was turning on, and after 5 minutes it was shooting down, and that happened all the time, on an off, without reaching the desired temperature. I call Mr Lee to inspect and repair the furnace. Mr Lee, is a lovely old man that seems very trust-able. Do not fall into this. He came to inspect my furnace yesterday, with his assistant. They opened the furnace and, in a difficult to understand english, told me that furnace (that is 7 years old) was totally broken, because the Heat exchanger was getting too much heat and then furnace was being disconnected for security reasons. He told me that I had to replace the full furnace. Then he offered to me a pricing for the installation and new furnace of 2400 USD. He told me that there was nothing to do with that furnace, that had some rusty on the burners due to a bad installation of the air condition that leaked water over the heater and did kill the furnace... He told me that price is, 2400 is much better that other companies that would charge me over 3000. Thanks god, next day I asked to another company, EMERGENCY, also in cumming, for a second opinion. Thee guy Marcos, came to my place, opened the furnace and it took him 30 seconds to remove a sensor, clean it, and the furnace worked again and has been fine all day. 30 seconds and no part replacement needed!! I asked Marcos how did he see my furnace, and h told me it can easily work fine for 10 years more, and that the rusty on the burners is kind of normal and does not affect to the performance of the furnace. And Mr Lee was trying to sell me a new furnace... And Mr Lee told me my furnace was not repairable, and that I needed a new one... Watch your pocket with Mr Lee, he is a total fraud!!! The only good point from Mr Lee is that he did no charge me for the fake inspection, I guess he was hoping to sell me the whole furnace and fool me that way.

Charlie Le is very accurate with his time estimates, if he says he will be there in 30 minutes or the job will be done in an hour, you can set your watch by it. Also, he is extremely efficient, there is no goofing around or chit chat with his partner, just work until the job is done. And the job will be done very well and the result is very good.

Awesome service! Ac was not working. After calling In late Friday afternoon he came that evening and resolved all the issues within about one hour. His pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

PROCEED WITH CAUTION! The one thing Charlie good at is upselling something that you probably do not even need. While I am out of $1,730 to fix a leak/blockage that HE SAID he could fix, Charlie left me with a new water heater and the SAME LEAK (actually worse) - 6 days later. His initial visit was Sunday, July 28th. Since, I called him back out 3 times, because the problem still exist. NOW, I am going with a more reputable repair company to fix what I paid Les Heating and Air (Charlie) to fix. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! BEWARE!

Le told me I need a new system. I had another repairman come, he replace a burn out wire and he assured me the system was excellent. Its working great. I have 4 systems Le said my other system needed 4lb of Freon at $75 per lb. The other repairman said it only needed 2 lb at $35 per. Le keep telling me I have a million dollar house I can afford a new system.

Charlie was very prompt & quick at repairing. However, I did feel that too much emphasis on upselling to a new unit. I know my units are old however, 1st time having issues with A/C since I've been in home so I wasn't ready to spend $5,500 on new unit if I could Repair for much less.

Mr le was right on time, put a bandaid on my aging unit and quoted me for a new one. He replaced the fan and added Freon. Made sure I saw the new fan and read the gauge b f adding Freon. Very honest and sincere. Will use again and highly recommend.

I was concerned at first because he was late arriving, but he worked late until the job was done. Very nice man who explained issues and options very thoroughly.
